I just wanted to inform the people that go to Gardner health in Redwood City Atherton whatever you want to consider it. Their staff is so rude so unprofessional like they hired them off the street with the worst manners ever I’ve been going there for 18 years and the last two years have been bad but I the doctors are OK but the receptionist the medical assistance I don’t know what you wanna call them. They’re rude disgusting behavior. I’m trying to find another place to take my grandkids. I address the matter with the doctors and they looked at me like it was my problem. I’m sorry to hear this different. Doctors are the best can be the best but these medical assistance I don’t know if they have a four or five month program and they come right off the street and addressing the people the way they do it is disgusting. I would not go to that place ever again I can go onto the what they put me through is disgraceful and it’s the people at the front desk the medical assistance I write them zero

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Made an appt in end of July, couldn’t see me until September 9th at 2pm. September 9th they call me at 10 am they call me to tell me the doctor is not available today, and if we can reschedule. I have 2nd degree burns over my body along with other issues and needed to be seen in July. They went through with a telephone appt and said there is nothing they can do for me because I need to be physically seen. They stated the next available appt is December 1st!!! Never had this type of treatment by a doctors office, terrible

just a scam to make money out of you, told them my insurance was running out and they purposely didn't put my medication refill till after so Ive been suffering from withdrawals for over a week cus of their arrogance

My case manager had a temper tantrum & for once in my life I didn't.

I don't find you guys very helpful except for my rent payments. This whole time it's pretty much like every other provider I have had.

So don't take it personally but you guys don't really help.

Made an appointment for an issue I'm having which is VERY uncomfortable bordering on painful. The nearest appointment was a month away. Understandable.

Flash forward to today, AN HOUR before my appointment. They just called me to say the doctor isn't going to come in today and we need to reschedule the appointment. ? An hour before my appointment? Okay, sure. I took off work to come to this and I live paycheck to paycheck, that being the reason I was going to this clinic but okay fine. The closest appointment that thay have to reschedule my existing appointment is over a month away. All the other Gardner clinics don't have availability until two months from now.

Really You would think that a clinic like this that is doing charitable work would actually care about the people they're helping, but I guess not. What a horrible institution, I strongly encourage anyone thinking of coming here to rethink.

I also wish I could give this place a 0. New patient going in , and was told to be there half an hour before my appointment. Fast forward, had to wait 2 hours just to be taken into a room. Will not be returning there for a 2nd appointment.

Would Not Recommend. I Got A Prescription From Here That Constantly Needs Exams For Refills. So, I Go Every Time And Do Everything The Doctor Says For Approval Of Refills At My Pharmacy. But When I Ask My Pharmacy About Needing The Medication Refilled They Say That I No Longer Have Refills. Prior To This I Had 2 Exams With Approval For Refills And Have Been Waiting For The Meds. This Place Is Horrible. They Are Never On Track And Could Care Less About Their Patients.
