For being a free option for therapy (for MSU students), it is great. I have had some problems with miscommunication with the staff, but other than that I have run into no problems. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face.

Terrible at Answering Calls! Put you on Hold for a long time. I tried calling 3 other times and it just went silent! Nothing more frustrating when your seeking help and can't get through to ANYONE!
