I'm really sorry to see all these negative reviews. I've been a patient of this office since they were in Mill Valley before moving to Sausalito. Dr. Forrester is great. So is Amanda Kelly, the nurse practitioner. I have never had a problem of any kind with the office staff or the phone system, whether the staff has been there a long time or is a more recent hire. The current online system they use is MY CHART, and it's great. Dr. Forrester responds quickly and thoroughly that way. If I would have an issue with anything I'd ask to speak to Jean, who has been there a long time and is the kindest, most caring person.

Cheri Forrester has been my primary care physician for over ten years, and is fantastic, as are the front office staff I’ve had the most contact with over all these years, namely Jean and Miriam. But the new off-site phone system that was put in place over the past year, and it’s staff, as well as the changes to the billing department have become so problematic that after months of issues, I’m taking my business elsewhere even though I’d always assumed that Dr. Forrester would be my PCP until one of us retired. =(

I used to be a patient of Dr. Forrester. The service I received from her was good and I have no complaints with her. The office on the hand has always been awful. The front office staff are rude, the phone wait times are painfully long. It is a terrible experience. I didn’t make it into the office for over 2 years (life and work get busy) and the office said I had been dropped as a patient. I could no longer see Dr. Forrester as she was no longer seeing new patients. I would have to schedule a new patient appointment with another Dr. Unbelievable! They won’t even see me when I was complaining of chest pains. They don’t care about you. I doubt the dr.’s know how bad the front is...go somewhere else if you can...

Great doctors, lousy phone support and general support. I do like my doctor, she is very caring and thorough and pushes me to do things I should do, but don't always want to. Even though I no longer live in the area, I travel back to see her every year. No one answers the phone, I have not been able to get help on my EHR, Follow My Health -- I've tried the FMH support and I've at Prima -- nothing. Not updating, cannot send messages with it.

Horrible place! The staff is rude and my physician doesn’t care about that. I just needed them to send a referral for my daughter, it never came and they wouldn’t do it again… it’s must be too much work to resend a fax
