I really enjoyed my session with Dr. Lisa. It had been quite a while since my last adjustment, and I truly appreciated her knowledge, holistic approach, and keen observation. Her skillful adjustment left me feeling freed from so much tension I had been holding in several areas of my body. I also noticed a significant decrease in brain fog and felt more aligned overall. I also have much more mobility in my neck now.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Jackie and Dr. Lisa for over a year. We’ve grown to love them like part of our family. Initially, we started going to “Dr. Jackie’s house”, as my son says, to improve his sleep. He hadn’t slept through the night and he was going on 19 months! After his third visit with Dr. Jackie, he slept through the night. Continuing with our wellness visits our whole family began seeing Dr. Jackie regularly. They’ve done wonders with my on going neck issues and my husband’s back issues. My husband had a herniated disc and never had issues after starting with her. He also frequently used their hyperbaric chamber to recover. I saw Dr. Jackie throughout my whole second pregnancy and was able to have a successful VBAC that I was hoping for.
And then there were four, our whole family gets to see our favorite chiropractors. Under their family plan we could not be happier.

I highly recommend Coastal family wellness center in Pacifica. I was at my wits end last year with pain throughout my whole body specially, my spine.

after x-rays, physical therapy going to my primary doctor getting massages, acupuncture Nothing was working. I finally decided to see a chiropractor, but which one was the question. I asked a choir member if she knew of any good chiropractors. She mentioned that her granddaughter was going to Coastal family wellness center. she was really pleased with them. I decide to give them a try the Doctors at the center are absolutely marvelous. They’re kind, caring and they listen. I just love the atmosphere. The receptionist Amy is so warm. I love her smile. They are very welcoming. I love the smell of the clinic it is very warm and inviting.

Last year 2024 I was preparing to go on a three week travel to Europe, but I was in so much pain and nothing I tried seem to work. I didn’t think I was gonna be able to go.

Dr. Jackie, Dr. Lisa, and Dr. Ariana have worked wonders on me after three months of sessions. I am pretty much pain-free and able to go on my trip of course like with everything I need adjustments every once in a while, but they really put me on the road to recovery.

Absolutely great gentle holistic chiropractic therapy, and also the radial sound wave therapy, really helps and results in a very noticeable better feel to the muscles and the body and posture. The people are wonderful and just being near the ocean is part of the therapy, also the best coffee in the world at Pacific Java one street over. What the therapists do at Coastal Family Wellness is such a valuable thing to keep your body well and tuned up, do it, you will feel better for it!

Cannot recommend this office and team enough! I found Coastal Family Wellness through a friend’s recommendation and have for over a year now been a consistent client of theirs. Both my sons are seen by Dr. Lisa and their health overall has never been better. My youngest son in particular has been a star client of theirs since he was 3 months old. The adjustments were and are gentle yet impactful. I saw an immediate improvement in his gassiness, fussiness and sleep. Witching hours were no longer a thing and his overall mood just happier. My oldest son has been avoiding colds more and breezing through any caught colds with more ease. I was looking for a neuro-based chiropractor to treat my 11 yr old daughter who has scoliosis and focal seizures. She is on Lacosamide for her seizures and wears the brace 10 hours a day. We were at a loss on what else we could do because her seizures were getting worse even on meds and we were worried that her spine would not improve. We were told that bracing only for 10 hours a day would at best prevent her curve from getting worse. So we decided to seek help from Dr Lisa when we learnt through countless hours of research and reading online that neuro-based chiropractic adjustments targeting the nervous system could help my kid with her seizures.

With just 2 months of regular adjustments by Dr Lisa, my kid’s seizures have reduced in frequency and intensity! Her spine curvature went down from 19 to 11 degrees. And her spine rotation went down from 5 to 2 degrees on the upper spine, and 7 to 3 degrees on her lower spine. Thank you Dr Lisa!
