I recently contacted this service around 12:15 p.m. on a Wednesday, unsure if they were the actual provider or a referral service. After I provided the necessary details, they efficiently found my record and referred me to Orange Coast Physical Therapy in Huntington Beach. Impressively, they got it right on the first try.

My experience seems to stand out positively compared to the other seven reviews I saw at the time of writing this. It appears that most of the negative feedback might be from those who had less favorable experiences. However, in my case, the service was prompt, accurate, and helpful. It's important to consider that sometimes, only those who receive bad service feel compelled to leave reviews. I'm glad to share a different, more positive side of my interaction.

If I could give them zero I would.it's a rollercoaster of incompetence. They promise the moon but deliver a pile of rocks. You'll be lucky if they return your calls or emails on time. And don't even get me started on the physical therapy. It's like they're going through the motions, barely touching you, and expecting miracles. I swear, sometimes I feel like I'm doing the therapy myself. Save yourself the headache and find a place that actually cares."

I just had the worst experience with the customer service rep. I needed to find a physical therapist location near me and they would not give me the information for a location unless I first agreed to go to that one. This makes no sense to me as I would like to first be able to learn about this location and what they offer, and there is almost no information online to be found about the physical therapy offered by "DHR Provider Management." The person I spoke with was so incredibly rude that I just said forget it and needed to end the phone call. Very disappointing.

I just had the customer service rep threaten to cancel my referral because she didn’t understand that the code I was referred with isn’t ordinary & needs a practice assigned that can understand the type of treatment I need. I will be filing a grievance & breeze CA complaint. I work in the medical field & this was one of the most unprofessional/aggresive rep, for time frame it happened just now. Completely shocked.

My health provider referred me to DHR for the past 2 years and every time I call, they refer me to another location "closer" to my home. The office they refer me to is small, has 1 physical therapist, and it takes 3 months to feel improvement. I have requested not to be referred to DHR for this reason.
I have not actually been to their office or had therapy with DHR but customer service on the phone could be a lot better.

We received the rudest most unhelpful call from one their customer service reps. She was so unhelpful, wouldn't listen to our questions asking for help in finding a facility closer to our house. When we asked to possibly speak with someone else, she said "You just don't want to work with us" and hung up. Very rude. Very bad customer service!

They are extremely rude and even thought you call and leave multiple voicemails asking and begins for even the courtesy of a call back during business hours , you can forget it . All they get are 1 star reviews because there is no way ti give them O stars
