Would have been five stars, but we waited for over an hour with little information about how long it would be. We didn’t know until we saw the doctor, but my son’s condition was time sensitive and we had to go straight to the Emergency Room and he required surgery. The doctor that helped us, Dr. Brent Tatomir, was wonderful. He was professional and his diagnosis was correct. Also, his recommendation to go straight to the Emergency Room was exactly what we needed to do.

This Is the second time that I have been to Sand Canyon urgent care. I was very fortunate to have the same doctor. I had the first time I was there so she knew a little bit about me already. This nurse practitioner or doctor was 100% on my side and listen to everything that I had to say. I am an immune compromised patient I’m 70 years old and I do have certain elements that contribute to the immune problem that I have she diagnosed it explained it to me and gave me a prescription. This is the fourth day I’ve been on the prescription and I do feel better, but I also know that I have her to go back on if I need to have more help if I ever had a choice, I would actually choose her to be my primary care physician Than the one I have now .

I like the fact that The minute you come into the door there Is no wait time and you are Seen. The staff here are professional, and I was able to receive medical care within five minutes of walking into thedoors. Dr. Candice and nurses go beyond their job description and that is highly appreciated.

Great for a last min TB test. Kaiser couldn’t get me in on time so I paid out of pocket. Cost was low and everyone was so nice. I got in fast for the test, got my reading done even faster. It was well worth the extra out of pocket cost to get everything done quickly. Thank you Sandy for putting in the extra time to help me with getting paperwork afterwards.

It was a bit tricky getting here so I was expecting a bad experience. Thank God I was completely wrong. A gentleman named Jason helped me out today and it felt like I was talking with an old friend. He has the best customer service. Later when I saw the doctor his first words were,"how are you doing today?" which was very appreciated. Jason and the doctor that assisted me have great customer service and made the overall experience of going to the doctors office a great one. I cant say it enough, genuinely some of the best customer service I have received in a long time.

The medical professionals were fantastic a 5️⃣⭐️! I
I was discharged yesterday around 7pm. However my prescription was not sent for approval until around 2pm this afternoon.

3/9/25 Everyone here was fabulous and efficient. I did not have an appointment and was still seen rather quickly! Sandy was super nice and professional. She also wished me a happy birthday! Ashley was professional and listened carefully to my concerns. Reggie made me feel comfortable and took my vitals quickly!

I had an excellent experience at Sand Canyon Urgent Care on a Friday evening, which is never an ideal time to need medical care, but the team made it a terrific visit. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kind. I came in for an X-ray, and the front desk staff was welcoming and quick with check-in, the two nurses were thorough and reassuring, and PA Candice Taggart took the time to explain everything. I never felt rushed. They sent me home with a treatment plan, and I’m already on the mend thanks to their good care!

The individual that brought me back to the examining room was a little rough and difficult to understand. I think his social skills were Not that great.

I enjoy meeting the PA Candace Sophia during the exam. They were both very nice and confident.
