My husband and I are in our 70s and have been in this area since the 1960s. We've had many wonderful primary care physicians but nobody sets the bar as high as Dr Allen Lo and his staff. This practice is dedicated to current knowledge of practices, medicines and how to stay well at any age. They keep meticulous records so we don't have to worry about when it's time to get a flu shot, shingles shots etc. Kristi, Dr Lo's right arm and left arm, lol, treats every patient with TLC and remembers all the important information about all of us patients. How Kristi does it is almost spooky. Esmeralda and Zahaiya at the front desk greet you with kindness and are efficient at taking care of all of our many questions and phone calls. Dr Lo's passion for our good health is something you would not expect from a primary care physician but someone who was a family member that loved you very very much. He is the most amazing primary care physician a patient could ever have. Dr Lo answers all your questions with patience and kindness and speaks in a way lay people can understand. Dr Lo makes us feel like we are the most important patients in the world. We cannot say enough great words about Pacific Ridge Medical in Laguna Hills and feel so fortunate that through Optum we are able to have them in our lives.
