We have been absolutely thrilled with Jim and our wonderful caregiver Nazeem! Jim is not only available 24/7, but he followed through to make sure we had all of the support we needed! He was even able to find us a same day replacement support when another agency canceled at the last minute, again! We are so grateful for Jim and the very caring Nazeem!

We have been with Jim and Nazeem for a month now. I am very pleased with them. My daughter Jaida loves Nazeem. She is very patient with my daughter. They play barbies and Nazeem uses a different accent with the barbies. Nazeem is caring, kind and dependable. Jim help get the service started right away for my daughter. Thank you so much.
