My husband and I met with Drs. Pedram and Jihan Ansari (respectively) today and the experience was unlike what we’ve had in other medical visits. They were understanding and listened. What a refreshing doctors’ visit for us!

They gave us time to discuss the health matters that we haven’t had with other medical providers and we walked away with a plan of action and future follow-up.
We are able to text, call and use an app to contact them. We’ve never had this care and access to a doctor before!

Coming to Harbor Direct and Dr. Ansari feels like sanity after dealing with the regular medical system. The calm of being able to go to her office or have a virtual appointment with no wait, no rush, no health insurance confusion/surprises and that she's just a text message away is a relief that cannot be overstated. On top of that, she's supportive of figuring out the root cause of an issue and not dismissing chronic symptoms away as nothing. Plus it's affordable. I'm thankful she was recommended to me.

Recently I was referred to Harbor Direct after being kicked around to different PCPs within the insurance model health care. None of the doctors seemed to take the time to address the root cause of my issues and continued to try to throw medications at me. After experiencing bad side effects from various medications I reached out to Dr. Ansari for help in a desperate time. Not only did they take the time to address my issues and get me moving in the right direction, they did it the natural way with clean vitamins and dietary changes that were needed.
