I love everything about this Optum clinic, especially Dr. Bilal who is very thorough and attentive. He reviews my health history on every visit to measure trends & changes in the overall results. Optum's referral process is fast.

Absolutely love Valerie DeSimone!! She’s the best provider there!!

But I give 2 stars because the front office is not good! They are mostly rude or don’t help you with what you need. Super dismissive! Made an appointment and they tell me the day before less than 24 hours before my appointment they won’t take me due to my insurance. Why not tell me that when I first make the appointment in the first place.

Dr Valery de Simone is a fantastic provider. I highly recommend her! She is quick and responsive. However the office person Sarom has been so unhelpful several times, and won't assist in talking to the Doctor or getting the help I need. I am hoping Optum sees this and offers training for the staff.

The employees are super rude!!! Idk if they’re doing this because they think have job security or this the nature of this company! I called yesterday to leave a message to my doctor, the person who answered my call was literally almost dead on the other side of the line I thought! She had an attitude. Felt awkward that I called, I was going to apologize for bothering her. And today I called again and the doctor who forgot my prescription didn’t even read the message yet. The employee who picked up my call hung up on me when I told her that I waited in the doctor’s room for over an hour last time I visited, she was behind and now I have to chase after my prescription. I guess she didn’t like what she heard so she hung up. The doctor is nice but she should work on her time management. Staff definitely needs some guest relation improvement! Otherwise they’ll be losing some patients.

In my opinion, this facility should not welcome any patients. They very rarely answer the phone and often lose your test results. This center feels more like a disorganized money-making industrial complex than a place where doctors know and care about their patients. I've decided to leave this place because I truly believe that if anything serious were to happen to my health, there's little chance they would find out about it, or they'd likely find out too late to do anything.
