I had borrowed a walker from my neighbor to use following my surgery - the walker was my neighbor's father's who had passed away - while I had it the brake cables broke and one of the handles came off the unit - I contacted Adapt2It to see if they could repair it - they indicated it was not something they usually did - but once I explained the situation they indicated they would try to fix it. I worked with Adrian - the store manager - who repaired the walker. Adrian and everyone at the store was extremely personable, helpful and professional.

I highly recommend Adapt2It for all your healthcare product and equipment needs.

We needed a home safety check with grab bar installation in the master bathroom shower and Steve Carpenter from Adapt2It was exceptional! He came to our home on time and was honest, fair, reliable, professional, and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job installing the grab bars. We bought an expensive electric chair from them. It has been nothing but problems. On the top of it, the rep has been rude, blaming us for the problems even though they relate to the chair’s electronic circuits. Stay away from them. There many better options.

So grateful to Lorie, Shomari, and the Adapt 2 It team!! On short notice my dad was to have procedure done and we were going to need a scooter. Due to my dads size, it was going to need to be special ordered, which I figured meant there would be a delay in us getting it. Working in home care, I had referred many over to Lorie and her team and have heard of the great work they do. And in this time, I got to experience it first hand. Lorie and team advised on the right scooter and had it ordered and delivered NEXT DAY!! They are knowledgeable, empathetic, and moved with a sense of urgency that put my mind at ease so we could focus on Dad! I will continue to recommend Adapt 2 It, to anyone and everyone needing medical supplies.

Horrible customer service. Went to the store ordered a couple compression socks that were to be delivered to our house and never received them. Have called 5 times, spoke to Leslie, Butch and Lori all said they would look into it and call back. Never received a call. Going to report them to the better business bureau and file a complaint with my bank to get a refund. Also going to let my doctors office who gave us the info on the store about what happened and not to recommend them. All have degrees from colleges but need to learn real life customer service.

I had an exceptional experience with Adapt to It and their installation expert, Steve. At the store I was consulted on the options available for my mother who was coming home from a nursing facility following an injury. It was recommended that Steve pay an on site visit to recommend best practices for her condition. Steve was prompt, honest, caring and had great ideas. He was able to install the recommended solution on the same day and it has been a great success. This is why one needs to work with subject matter experts and I can't imagine anyone else in the area to be more competent.

Watch out .. in a store where communication is impeded by cluttered store and a really harsh all sales final while communicated none of that verbally . Buying stock items included. What. ? So that is just not greatest kind business savy at all. Catheters are life saving devices. I purchased box from owner as first time customor .. never a mention all sales final Or point to sign .. but on receipt it says it may be refunded . Ha? I just needed a few catheters to bring peace. She brought out full box .. unfortunately i made error in not getting curved tip during swollen prostate crises. To make it through. I did get refund .. because of the presence of whats right and fair. Owner appears .. like she needs rest in all fairness. Still its a store for people to feel cared for not the other way around .. win lose approach. They need a group medting on Adapting

Had a great experience here. Greeted with a “ Hello, Welcome”. Staff was very helpful and kind.
Had an issue with a scooter, brought it back and they were very accommodating in the proper return.
I would definitely return back to this store if I needed another rental.
