I called to make appointment and there is no option for scheduling and they keep you on hold for everer or until you get tired and hung up?

2/2/24: Had an echocardiogram today. Check in was quick, only waited about 5 minutes before I was called back. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

I would like to give them a better rating but I feel their follow up care was severely lacking. Dr. Mukesh verbally told me he would be writing a new prescription for me to start. When I picked the prescription up that afternoon I noticed the dosing instructions were different than he had told me. I have been calling his office for four days now and I have yet to receive a response back to clarify my medication dosing. I was told that they have to wait for Dr. Mukesh to “check his messages.” I’m not very happy with that answer.

The staff at Pima Heart are simply the best! My wife and I could not believe how professional and sincerely friendly they all were. Dr.
Mukesh was patient when listening to all my concerns, and offered comfort and encouragement. We are grateful to have found such a exemplary health care provider.

Hi I saw Dr. Kansagra. So friendly and explained everything in detail. He even showed me how to local all of my Apple Watch heart rates on my iPhone. His office staff was also very accommodating!

They have a lot of problems with their billing dept.
BEWARE..!!!
My bill was taken care of last spring, and they even called me on the phone to work it all out...then today many months later, I get a bill...I will never go there again and I will deffinately warn people that their billing system is a big mess!! They tell you one thing and do another...cause so much stress! So, I guess the only thing left is to make sure everyone on the web knows about them.
