Dr Yuri T. is great and his assistant also.
15 years of loyalty to Dr. T

It's his 'front desk' administrative staff that's the problem. They do everything they can to cover up their mistakes, even telling lies. Today my wife had an appointment we made weeks ago to get an injection. "...weeks ago while speaking to Leo we tried to make one appointment to cover her injection AND RENEW A PRESCRIPTION." Leo tried but someone could be heard in the background on the phone call with Leo, TELLING HIM, " HE CAN'T, THEY HAVE TO MAKE TWO SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS." Whoever was telling him this was bullying him and would not listen to him saying it was just an injection and prescription renewal!!! He apologized to me and he said, " I guess you heard that ."
So we made the two appointments, back to back days, yet I knew I would have to change my wife's other appointments to fit with her urgent prescription needs.

GUESS WHAT!!!, today 'BLA-BLA at the front desk said, " they could do both during the same visit!!! ? I TOLD HER WE WERE TOLD THE OFFICE COULDN'T!!! I didn't get into my wife having to change her other appointments elsewhere. I told them we will 'KEEP HER APPOINTMENTS AS LEO WAS BULLIED INTO MAKING FOR HER!!!

This admin staff is terrible, and misrepresented the truth to Rebecca giving my wife her injection.

My wife trusts Dr. T and Leo, his assistant.

The rest, all the BLA-BLA TYPES, are so badly incompetent. Never owning up to mistakes they make.

My wife has been loyal to Dr. T for 15 years. To bad about the admin staff ruining the business. When he retires I will be real sad for my wife. At that point 'they're fired'.

I have been a patient of Dr. Talavaev’s for fifteen years and he was great. However, for the past year, I have been unable to contact his office via phone. It doesn’t even have voicemail! You have to literally drive to their office for anything-medicine update or release, appointment making, etc… Today I arrived at his office to check on an appointment because I had written it down incorrectly and needed to check on the actual time of the appointment. I arrived at eight, when they open (it says so on the building) and the door was locked. I waited ten minutes…still locked. I returned to my car and called the office again, no answer. I contacted his emergency line and told them that I just needed to reach the office to see if my appointment was right now (clearly it wasn’t since everything was locked). She said their office hours were 8-4 on Fridays and they should be there. There was a car parked in the back of their office too. So it is now 8:15 and I tried the door again and knocked. No answer. What has happened to this office? What if I had an emergency because of an accident close by? Aren’t doctors offices supposed to serve the community at all times when they are supposed to be open. Ridiculous!

Update two days later… I received an automated reminder via phone about the appointment that was today. To be clear, Dr T is not the problem with this office. He is a caring, thorough and kind man. I still don’t like that we can’t call in, but maybe using the patient portal may work best. The situation of making appointments via phone seems to be beyond his control.

Dr Yuri Talalave and the Comprehensive Medical Center staff have taken care of my medical needs since 2006 to today's date. I have never been denied an immediate appointment when needed and always answered my self medical questions. Dr. Talalave especially has always shown he has my best interest for tests when I presented a problem. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Worst front end lady. Very rude. Not helpful. Didn’t know any answers to the questions. Asked it I could come and self pay cash and she said no. States they wouldn’t work with me at all and refused to answer questions about different ways to pay and what insurance they did take!! Front office is the first person you see and talk too. They should never be so rude because of her there is no way I would even want to give this doctor a chance
