My appointment at Simon Imaging was great. Almost all of the paperwork was done over the phone and the rest could be done online. Was taken for my procedure within 15 min of my appointment. The procedure was quick and easy with the technician taking time to explain what was going on. Also have free parking in the structure behind the office. Will use them again

It was my first time visiting this location. I didn’t have an appointment but my mom did. The space was very clean and quiet. Honestly, they could’ve had music playing in the background to make it less awkward while we waited even though we didn’t wait that long. Other than the lobby silence the staff was friendly and very helpful according to my mom. She also said that out of all her mammograms she’s had done this was one of her favorite locations because the machine they use provides a quick experience for the patient. We look forward to coming back.

Fantastic. it was a long procedure got in on time. The technician who was doing the procedure was very professional and considerable to my needs. He answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand. Finished on time, four hour procedure it went very fast and smoothly. Matt is a very nice and caring person. All in all I had a positive experience. Good crew all around. Thank You.

I will not be returning to Simon Med. When I walked in EARLY to get an XRay, as they requested (walk in only) I was told there was no technician to do it. It’s “walk in only”, I came before my MRI, as directed, yet no one can do an XRay?
She was non apologetic, (inexperienced as a receptionist.). She explained their staffing issues, which to me is very unprofessional. Patients expect you to HAVE staff! I had to cancel a long awaited appt. due to no XRay.

When I called they said they did have OPEN MRI as I’m very chlostrophobic, and it turns out it was NOT an OPEN MRI as the man who answered the phone suggested. He also had a hard time understanding what it was!! I realized it was not Open as I walked into the room!

Most importantly, just before I was put inside the tube, the trainee told me she was lining up the laser, I looked up, and the more experienced tech. told me to close my eyes! 👀
That would’ve been good to know before I looked up!
I was not reminded to take off my wedding rings, so I had to stop my MrI when I felt my finger getting warm!
The only reason I’m giving one star is the young man was friendly when he greeted me. Just needs to tell people to take off rings!
I DEFINITELY will never return to Simon Med.

My experience at Simon Med was very good. They are well organized. The facilities and equipment are up to date and clean. The receptionist and caretaker were knowledgeable and helpful. My appointment took place on time. All very good!

The ultrasound technician was professional and kind, and my appointment did proceed as scheduled, though I still waited quite a while in the front office despite having a set time. The biggest issue, however, was the cost and lack of transparency.

I was charged over $2,000 for an ultrasound vascular study, with more than $600 owed out-of-pocket after insurance. I later found the same services available at reputable local imaging centers for less than $350 total. I contacted SimonMed to ask for clarification and was repeatedly redirected to different support lines where no one could give me a clear explanation of the billing or the codes used.

Patients deserve to be told up front what the costs will be and given the choice between using insurance or self-pay. That wasn’t offered here, and the result was a surprise bill that could have been avoided. The lack of transparency and accountability is disappointing and should be a concern for anyone considering this facility.

This facility is clearly focused on $$$ rather than patients. I will not be going to this facility again, and I don't recommend you go either!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The procedures are carried out quite quickly and professionally. Everything that happens at the location suits me perfectly. The people working at the MRI are smiling and cheerful. They explain everything and calm you down if you're feeling anxious. I left with a very good impression. The doctor performing the ultrasound is wonderful—she examined everything very thoroughly. The girl at the front desk is also very polite and tactful. Thank you to the entire team.

The only challenge is making an appointment, as the website sometimes doesn’t work, and the person handling appointments over the phone isn’t always helpful. I encountered a guy who couldn’t properly schedule dates and tried to book two appointments back-to-back at completely different locations, without considering how I was supposed to teleport across the county in 5 minutes.

But overall, I’m very satisfied with the services.

The facility is clean, secured and nice. The front desk staff night shift is okay. The MRI technicians were knowledgeable and accommodating of my personal health concerns. If you have an evening appointment be prepared to wait outside for a while because even when you call the number provided, no staff actually comes to the door. Besides this fact, I would return for procedures here due to the overall cleanliness and quality of the technicians.
