I called to set up an appointment. They told me they'd have someone get back to me. I specifically asked if they would call me back the same day (it was still morning time), and they said yes. No one ever called me...not a good first impression. If someone eventually calls me back to finish the appointment, I will increase the rating (assuming service was decent).

If you need actual medical care this is NOT the place to go!!
Strike 1. When I called to make my first appointment I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes, because someone had answered the phone “please hold” and never told the receptionist they had done so.
Strike 2. The Nurse Practitioner ordered 3 pretty standard referrals. Mammogram, chest CT scan, and dermatology. Not one of the referrals was done correctly. When I called to find out the status, I was told that another staff member spoke to me 2 days prior and told me what to do. When I said I had not received a call, text, voicemail or email, he argued with me that I had personally spoken to another staff member. After several attempts to get the dermatology referral, they told me I had to start calling every dermatologist and get all of their provider ID numbers, fill out the request form and give it to them to submit (do their job essentially)
Strike 3. 2nd visit was with the NP in training, unsupervised. She was very unprofessional and condescending in her manner. She told me I was not taking my vitamin D correctly because it needs to be taken with animal fat. When I explained I take it with whole milk yogurt, she cut me off raising her voice and stated “I said animal fat not yogurt, you need to take it with an animal fat like olive oil!”. I am not sure what animal she thinks olives come from, but clearly she needs to take a few more classes before trying to dispense medical advice!! She then left the room telling me not to move and to work on my dermatology referral I walked out and found a new doctor. I sincerely hope she finds another occupation more suited to her skills and knowledge……..I hear fast food jobs pay well these days.

Front desk is great, dr is apparently invisible and the PA is a condescending d.b. that is more fit to deal with the addicts they drug test at the end of the day. I have just changed to this dr, brought all my prescriptions in that I’ve been on for YEARS and the pa just decided at refill time I’ve been prescribed too much trazodone and has to talk to the dr before she can fill it. Dr was on vacation so I was screwed until he came back. 150mg of trazodone everyday for 7 years and I’m cold turkying. This is not professional and could be dangerous….PAs attitude about it….oh well. This is the 3rd drs office I’ve tried in a years time, it’s a shame that people on Medicaid are forced to use these types of clinics for their primary care, I feel we are looked upon as unworking lazy drug addicts as soon as we walk in the door.

I wish I could give them a 0 star! The most unprofessional staff. There is no dr. Or office manager ever in the office and the front desk does not help patients with their needs. There is only one lady who is an old staff and is understanding. I’m not sure where they hired the rest from! 0 customer service and patient support.

I don't recommend this place nor the doctors . There is person called Shelly at the office she is the rudest, racists and disrespectful person , Seems like she is running this place and everything must be the way that she wants it when I called for appointment she didn't want to even listen to me to see why do I need to see doctor . There is no such thing is called EMERGENCY in that office no matter how much you are in pain there is never appointments available for you month early ! They refer you to go to urgent care . I personally never been visited by doctor Brown III even though he shows in my insurance card as my primary doctor he never had available time to his new patients so you need to see another doctor or nurse . And doctor Seyoum never liked me as a fact he came to the room to visit me then he left and told the nurse why do you take care of her!!!!!!! That's exactly what doctor told to the nurse?! (and It was my second appointment ) . So I change my doctor . And today I called to transfer my documents to my new doctor again unfortunately this Shelly drama started arguing with me even though I told her I will me more than happy to stop by to sing the paper ! She was so rude and disrespectful she doesn't even want to listen to me all she said its going to take them "A WEEK" to transfer and she doesn't want to discuss with me anything anymore! So then I let my Social work to deal with them! Thanks Performance health Care for amazing staff and nice Service .

Biggest embarrassment and pathetic excuse for healthcare I’ve ever witnessed. Schedule a “doctors appointment” and they send in a nurse practitioner who doesn’t even correct you when addressed as doctor. Still have never even met or spoken to the doctor who’s apparently treating me. So much red tape. NPs who are dumb as dirt. Pathetic. Go elsewhere. Surprised this medical office hasn’t gotten a lawsuit against them for malpractice. Maybe getting one soon they keep up like this.
