Outstanding.

All the staff were friendly, helpful, considerate, and did a great job, including Austin on check-in, Rebecca, Brie, and Dena, my nurses, Dr Nguyen my anesthetist, Angie their assistance, and Dr Syn, who performed my colonoscopy. All the time there I was treated nicely and I felt I was in very good hands. No pain. No problems.

Also, probably most people wouldn't notice this, but the design of the facility and the procedures the staff followed were all really well thought out. So everything occurred professionally, safely, and fast. And perhaps in consequence, everyone there seemed happy and confident, which of course makes patients feel good too.

Congratulations: 100% βœ”

I had just had knee surgery on 5/14/24 and the experience was great. The front end staff were welcoming and friendly, the nurses, and Anesthesiologist were all personable/friendly, helped set my mind at ease heading into surgery, and Dr Kadakia is an excellent surgeon. It was an all around great experience πŸ™‚

I want to give this place a zero. But the surgery staff were wonderful. The billing not so wonderful. I paid them on the day of my surgery what they said I would owe. That was on 10/11/2023. I received my EOB in 11/2023, it showed I over paid them. Over 700.00. I have been calling and emailing trying to get my money back for almost a year.
Be careful if you pay up front!

I cannot express to you what a great surgical center this is. My mom had a really poor experience at our local hospital and scheduled for her surgery on her MCL to be here.

Let me tell you- the quality of patient care was superb. The medical staff did such an incredible job taking care of my mom. The discharge nurse (Maureen) was literally the SWEETEST nurse I have ever met- so patient, kind and tentative to my mom. Dr. Graham- thank you! After our experience, I knew I had to write a review for this surgical center. FYI- plenty of parking and the lobby was not bustling with a crazy amount of people. It was calm and quiet and very clean. Just a fantastic experience for a not-so fun situation (aka… getting surgery).

This facility is amazing! From the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. I was very nervous and they were very helpful in calming me and getting me through my procedure. I just can’t say enough. It’s hard to find caring and compassionate medical professionals these days and this place has it all!

I don't think I have EVER met a surgical staff this dedicated before. Between Jessica at admissions to Mia who ran through questions with me who were VERY kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I haven't had a staff who didn't see me like a ticket or just a number. Their focus is on you, how you're feeling, and are prepared to make sure you're ready both physically and mentally.

I didn't catch her name exactly, but I think is was Shannon Ray or Sherry, Head Nurse of the department. I was still waking up from the anesthesia when I asked for her name. She looked into my bed area and noticed that i was a little uneasy before surgery. It was comforting that she took a huge interesting in making sure I didn't feel alone and wanted to make sure I knew i had the support I needed from the nursing staff. She periodically checked up on me before and after my surgery to ensure everything would go well, and to make sure I wasn't in too much pain. Since I couldn't voice much, she noticed that my hand was clenched and told the others to watch that.

Dr. Nguyen my anesthesiologist who was more than knowledgeable to walk me through the steps the night before, make sure I was comfortable and relaxed during my visit. It was comforting that before I left, she wanted to check in on me to make sure I was okay to leave the surgical center. I have NEVER had an anesthesiologist do something like that before, having that kind of reassurance before you leave is comforting.

Briana, my surgical room nurse, whose smile could like up a room and kind of put you at ease. Looking to make you laugh or a small smile. Everyone knows how nerve-wracking it can be to go into a surgical room feeling alone, but she keeps your attention and walks you through everything. Dedicated to making sure you're good to go.

Nicole, my post-op nurse, was extremely helpful. I had a lot of pain after surgery, but she did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable, to make sure I was safe, and to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. She also periodically called my spouse about every 15-20 minutes to let her know my progress whether it was good or bad. She was very gentle, kind, and it was comforting to know that someone was there every moment after I woke up which I haven't had before.

Dr. Daniel Duggan, my surgeon, is a phenomenal doctor. He wanted to go through every avenue before considering surgery which is unheard-of in my experience. Most doctors i have met only want to make money off injections and such, but he recognizes the issues and puts a plan together for the possibility of rehabilitating the injury. He knows what he's doing, he knows what works, and he gets it done. He's the reason why my mom is even able to walk again and he's the perfect doctor for any knee or joint issues.

I thought this surgery was going to be difficult doing alone and not having anyone I know, but I have NEVER felt so welcome. This staff went above and beyond my expectations, made me feel welcome, and took care of me and the other patients there like they were born to do it. It almost feels like a home away from home and I couldn't be more grateful than I am right now.
