I had an awful experience at this urgent care. I checked myself in after dealing with multiple concerning symptoms—my mouth and tongue were covered in canker sores and bleeding, I had blurry vision, heartburn, and allergic reactions. I even wrote everything down to be as clear as possible.

After waiting forever, a woman (not sure if she was even a doctor) finally saw me. When she asked what was going on, I tried to explain that I’ve been struggling with mental health, allergic reactions, and somatic symptoms. Instead of listening, she got visibly annoyed, cut me off, and left me talking to myself.

Not only was she rude, but she also didn’t even have the decency to explain the medication she was prescribing or how to take it—I had to tell her what I needed! And to make things worse, she diagnosed me with a yeast infection, which made no sense.

I just went to the pharmacist, who actually took his job seriously. He checked my medication history and confirmed that the treatment I’ve been taking for my mouth
since December has nothing to do with a yeast infection—something I already knew without needing a medical degree.

This woman is a danger to society! People like that should not be working in the medical field, let alone in an urgent care center.

Waste of our time. Don't go here. My son had a forehead cut and the Dr. didn't even bother to look at the injury during the office visit. During the entire visit, we only dealt with the nice receptionist.
Never saw the doctor's face assuming because we had no insurance, since my husband lost his job. We were going to pay with a credit card. So if you don't have insurance, Drs. here, won't even give you a second of his or her time and will be sending you away. I used to come here all the time and had no issues because I had insurance. So, when I get insurance again, I WILL never come here again.

Worst ever I have bad pain couldn’t sleep really bad ear pain and throat pain like u was crying the dr her name is melanie the worst dr ever she told i can go get allergy pills from store !!!! Who and how these pple become a Dr !!!!!! So scary

throughout all my medical experiences, i have been the most impressed with Clineva. The facility is clean and the staff makes you feel like they truly deeply care about you. I would highly encourage anyone in need of medical assistance to visit Clineva. i feel that here my needs are met and the doctors truly care about my well being rather than just getting me in and out of the facility

They are super professional. The environment is very clean. They are very fast. The receptionist girl was super nice and helpful. I went their on Sunday morning for a severe pain on my shoulder. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. They took a X-ray and diagnosed the Tendinitis of left rotator cuff and did treatment right the way and Hallelujah I could move my hand few hours later with no pain.

Don’t bother making a reservation because they won’t honor it. They still take you on a first come first serve basis.

I have been coming here since they opened. The staff has been extremely friendly over the years and still is. I’m a single mom and my kid is stuck going with me a lot of the times. They always make her a balloon glove and sometimes even treat her with extra treats stickers or a popsicle. I have not had one bad experience here. I have personally met one of the owners and he was so genuine. If I worked in the medical field I would want to work here! The staff/team really is so great!

Honestly, this was the best experience. I was in bad shape, and making the appointment and filling out forms online was so helpful given that I felt horrible. I waited no more than a few minutes after walking in. Initial tests were done quickly and efficiently, but I never felt like the staff was rushing me. They're just really efficient. They have in-house X-ray and digitally sent the x-rays to a radiologist who, in 10 minutes, diagnosed pnemonia. Within 5 minutes, I was given the appropriate injections. All of my questions were answered with care and again, I was never rushed. They had the medication in-house too, so I didn't need to make another visit to either an x-ray place or the pharmacy. I would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you!! I will never go to another urgent care again.
