Yesterday I had foot surgery at this facility. I cannot express the extreme quality of my care. from registration to discharge, I was treated like a queen. The docs, nurses and aides were fabulous! I am retired R N and believe me I am a very good judge of patient treatment.
I will not point to specific persons. All were equally competent, courteous and friendly!

I am really happy with my outpatient visit to Sahuarita. I had a great experience. They have a great staff. Specially the ultrasound tech Julian who made me feel very comfortable and at ease with my exam.

I was initially in a bad mood because I was fasting for 2 days and the procedure started late, but once I got back there all the people were great and explained the process and made me feel comfortable. All in all, it was as positive of an experience as a colonoscopy can be.

My nursing care was very good. I was impressed however when I was discharged They gave me the discharge paper. I brought it home and it said that I had a heart attack. II got very upset Wondering if I had had a heart attack or not
my PCP confirmed three days later that I indeed did not have a heart attack I can’t believe they wrote that on my discharge paper. It was very upsetting.

This was a positive experience from start to finish. Waited 20 to 30 minutes for call to the back.
All the staff was both personable and efficient. Patient comfort was important to them and they took the time to answer questions.
I have had several surgeries and many medical procedures and Northwest in Sahuarita was a great experience.

The nurses & caregiver's were great. As for your beds. They were horrible. I had such a backache I could stand it no more.
I had them put me in a chair at 2am. And I stayed in the chair until I went home at 1. The food was ok

It was my first experience at this facility, and I rate it and A-plus. I was greeted and checked in after a brief wait. The pre-op nurses were welcoming and explained clearly what they were doing. The anesthesiologist did the same and earned my trust and respect for the important role he plays on the surgery team. My doctor did a great job and wrote quickly a complete report of the findings with photos. I recuperated easily and will continue my care there. Thanks to all staff!

Erika should not be working the front desk in the ER!! Total lack of compassion and urgency. Could tell she absolutely hates her job. Brought my husband in who was having chest pains and moaning in pain. Erika was having a very calm conversation with another patient when we walked in. She never even acknowledged us. After a few minutes, I finally asked her if she could call someone else, that my husband was having chest pains. She calmly finished typing what she was typing, got up slowly and talked to someone around the corner, came back to the patient at the window. All without saying a damn word to me! How about "I just called someone, they will be right here". Nothing. First impressions say a lot about an organization and let me tell you, Erika was NOT a first good impression. People come to the ER in a complete panic, scared, and in pain.....where is the compassion for that?
