Very thorough checklist from a nurse called Rob. By going through our vaccination history and comparing to an India checklist of needed / recommended vaccinations , he enabled us to risk assess what we felt was affordable and necessary . We had checked with friends about “ must gets “‘and “ maybe gets “. Passport Healths prices for vaccines are not cheap ! We steered clear of one vaccine that was $700 per shot , 2 per person and could have been $2800. The good discussion was risk level , our age profile , what we would be doing in India and where exactly we would
Be . He helped us conclude “ not necessary “. Overall , a quality experience , done well, and it took 2 hours by the time he administered 5 vaccines - 3 to my wife and 2 to me . We travel a lot and had had many already . We got the appointment within 24 hours . He also steered us back to CVS for easy and accessible vaccines . Very professional guy , great demeanor . Highly recommend him in Laguna Hills . It would be 5 stars if prices were lower .

Gloria was a breath of fresh air at the Tustin location.

Rob on the other hand at the Laguna Hills location needs some coaching on how to approach patients. Literally had to leave because I felt extremely uncomfortable being treated by him in any fashion.

When you enter into an establishment late and get lambasted for being late because of miss communication on the part of a receptionist, really makes one question his emotional integrity and intelligence to administer medical advice at all.

I would never recommend being treated by Rob, request another nurse if you are inclined to go to the Laguna Hills location.

My hope is that management really looks into the situation and coaches appropriately.

Dropping close to 2k for shots, meds and advice for what Passport Health offers is a pretty penny when you are greeted by an individual who clearly needs coaching.

I am grateful to Gloria listening, and being professional is every manner. Go to Tustin and request Gloria. This will save you a-lot of time and headache.

I had a great experience here! Rob is thorough and friendly! The building is a little deceiving because it is a bank, but don’t worry you’re in the right place! Second floor suite 280. One on one consultation and personal service really stand out to me. Thank you Rob!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at passport health today. We were very happy with the nurse on duty as he was very informative, organized, and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone who is traveling abroad.

I found Passport Health to be a great one stop venue for my upcoming travel preparation for Africa.

Our nurse was attentive, thorough, informative and skilled. He briefed us on applicable vaccines/medicine, and administered shots on site. I walked away believing I had done everything I could to ensure I had a safe trip.
