This is probably the worst experience that I have ever had! I was notified that the physician that I was seeing has left. I was given another physician and talked to whoever does scheduling for NW Physicians. They told me they could set an appointment for Jan 23. This was several months that I had to wait. Went in today and was told that I had no appointment as this one was for Jan 23 2023!! I never made an appointment a year ago. I must travel 40+ miles to get there. They explained that I could see a PA if I waited around for 2 1/2 hours, or, could schedule a new intake appointment in August. I am a type one diabetic with an autoimmune disease and have had frequent UTI’s that have had to be seen by Nextcare urgent care facilities. To address these!Really! This is poorly managed medicine at its least and borders on mal practice. Do not see anyone from these facilities. By the way, I was offered another solution to go to a clinic in Vail over 100 miles from my home!!! I will be out of insulin in two weeks forcing me to go to an ER!

NO ONE ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS! AND ... my Mom spent 13 hours in the ER only to be transferred to TMC! SIX WEEKS LATER ... SHE'S STILL IN REHAB! Definitely MAKE THE TRIP TO TUCSON!

This place is a Joke, does not take patient’s health seriously, and they lack professionalism. Stay away from this place if you care for your health. I was cancelled two appointments the day of. After the first cancellation with a Doctor I got another appointment, this time with a Nurse Practitioner. Then they called to cancel that appointment because the NP no longer taking new patients, why would I have an appointment rescheduled with NP if they were no longer taking new Patients to begin with I’ve been waiting to get a PCP appointment for over 4 months. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! Not even a sincere apology from anyone, go elsewhere where they care for your health.

Don't Waste your time & money. Cigna website shows great reviews with all doctors. Do yourself a quick search of doc's... they all have bad reviews.
