Great staff. Suffered a lower back injury and Dr. Rafa was able to out with spinal decompression and a chiropractic adjustment. Attentive staff and very welcoming. Feel better already!

recently visited Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center in Mission Viejo, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Dr. Jack is an incredible chiropractor who really knows his stuff. His adjustments are precise and effective, leaving me feeling much better after each visit. The physical therapists, Erek Antis and Kammy Powers, are also fantastic. Erek’s approach is very thorough, and he always takes the time to explain the exercises and their benefits. Kammy’s sessions are both challenging and supportive, helping me to progress quickly. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. The facility itself is clean and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a complete recovery. Thanks to their expert care, I completely recovered from my car accident injury within just three months. I always feel heard and cared for, which is so important. Overall, Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center offers top-notch care and I highly recommend it!

I have been a patient of Gateway Wellness and Rehab since 2008. I have known Dr. Rafa that entire time and can honestly say the man is a miracle worker. He has treated me over the years for various issues from lower back pain and spams to shoulder tightness and just general maintenance. He always knows exactly what regimen will work best for me. I popped my calf and my sister recommended Gateway. The staff is very friendly, they are flexible, and the facility is clean. Dr. Rafa did a good job of explaining the treatment and why laser, ultra sound, and physical therapy will help the muscle heal faster and help with the scarring process to help ensure the best possible outcome.
