The “fixer”, that's what I call Byron. Had a knee challenge, he asked all the right questions, really listened to me and developed an exercise program that worked. The series of exercises he suggested addressed the issue and relieved the knee pain. (BTW, I did the suggested exercises at home in between visits.) I returned with a lower back challenge, he diagnosed the core issues, and set up a new exercise program. Once again, a good experience and relief with the lower back pain. I’m a Rausch fan, a fan of Byron, and highly recommend him. He has a great sense of humor, is calm and balanced, all things that make a difference to me. I don’t know the other PT’s at the LN location…but imagine they are equally good.

I have been extremely pleased with Rausch Laguna Niguel. My Physical Therapist Dr. Dani is great! She’s understanding and works with me to get the results needed. My progress from where I was unable to walk without wobbling to where I am today is amazing. My gait is good and I now can walk up to five miles, I’m tired at the end, but I’m not wobbling all over! In concert with my physical therapy, I am so pleased that Rausch offers the Members Wellness program. With that I am able to add in massage therapy with Marc, Ronnie, or Irina, as well as Stretch Fix with Ethan or Trevor, all of whom are top notch! Thanks to you all and also for the ease of working with the front desk when needed.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Rausch Physical Therapy in Laguna Niguel. Dr. Katia took the time to understand my needs, explain every step of the process, and tailor a plan that worked perfectly for me. The staff and Aides are all super friendly and caring.

The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, you can tell it’s a good team environment. I always felt like I was in great hands, and the results speak for themselves I’m feeling stronger, more mobile, and more confident every day.

I had a massage session with Andy and he is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had and I have had many on my life journey. He uses his hands effectively to relieve stress and workout knots. He is conscientious about checking in to see how the pressure is. I commend him also as he continues to build upon his knowledge foundation in terms of new techniques. In addition, I have had several stretch sessions with Andy and he excels in that modality too. And the time with Andy goes by so quickly. Give yourself a special gift by scheduling a session with Andy. He is EXCEPTIONAL in his line of work. 🙏🏻🐾

We love Rausch PT! I have had chronic neck pain for years, and seeing Dr. Katie changed that! She has helped me find relief and taught me ways to improve my posture and strengthen muscles I didn’t know I had. She is attentive and explains things to me to help me better understand my goals and how muscles and ligaments are “connected”. The assistants are kind and helpful and show me ways to keep my form in check.

For point of reference, I’ve had hip surgery in the past and went to a different PT clinic. Looking back, my experience at the other PT was impersonal and ineffective. The doctors there were inattentive, and never provided feedback or explained the process or goals of what I was doing.

Thank goodness I found Rausch PT!

I can’t thank Dr. Austin and the team at Rausch Physical Therapy enough for their outstanding care after my total knee replacement. Dr. Austin was not only technically proficient, guiding me through each stage of my recovery, but also incredibly motivational and encouraging. His expertise combined with his positivity helped me exceed my surgeon’s goals at every milestone! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The clinic has top-notch equipment, a convenient location, and check-in is always quick and easy. If you’re looking for world-class physical therapy, I highly recommend Dr. Austin and the team at Rausch. Truly a great job all around—thank you!

I want to say how disappointing of a place this is. I went in January and February of 2023 for only a total of 4 sessions. I was told that my insurance would cover the service ( which is why I went back 3 more times) and my copay would be $25.00. OVER TWO YEARS LATER in March of 2025 I receive a bill of $400.00 for my services stating that insurance actually did not cover my services. This place is a scam and clearly does not know how to run insurance properly. If I owed I should have been notified at the time of service not TWO +++ years later. Sad that there are businesses like this and glad I never have to go back.

My Doctor, Sarah MacMillian is an absolute gem. She is knowledgeable, kind, understanding, compassionate and just a wonderful person. I am so very grateful and fortunate to have found her and she is making a real difference in getting me back to 100%. Add to this the amazing cast of assistant therapists who care, pay special attention to see that I am properly executing my exercises properly and being VERY encouraging. I am so thankful to Dr. Sarah and her team at Rausch.
