We were thrilled with the excellent care my husband received at NextCare in Sahuarita Sunday morning.
The paperwork was simple to fill in online when we set up the appointment the night before. Everyone we encountered was professional, skilled, and caring, from Ashley at the front desk, nurse/medical assistant Tanzy, and Nurse Practitioner Aaron. What a blessing for the Green Valley area!
This was our first visit, and we would not hesitate to gratefully go back again or recommend their service to anyone needing urgent care.

Signed up the discount membership and then came over right at 8a to be seen for what I think might be an ear infection. Woke up feeling awful. Stayed awake to be seen at their opening time just to have boyfriend wake up to take me (since I'm feeling dizzy) to find that NO ONE IS HERE. their door hours say 8am. Google says 8am. I HAVE to go to a next care specifically because I signed up for the discount membership. Wth?

Had an appointment but still waited 40 minutes to be seen. They said they were running a little late but not 40 minutes late. Even then I wasnt seen in an exam room and I had to remind the nurse to even give me my strep test before sending me back to the lobby to continue to wait for an exam room. They make you fill out paperwork beforehand but then ask the same exact questions anyway, like it isnt already in the system. Whats the point of the paperwork and online check-in. Nurses come out to the front to have small talk with the receptionist. There is minimal effort here and it just seems very lazy and disorganized. I overheard the receptionist trying to schedule walk-ins right ontop of each other (at the same time slots) knowing they are already running late. They waited to give me my test results until they had an available exam room, even though they deemed it was fine for me to be examined (and by examined I mean taking my temperature and blood pressure) in some administrative office. A rapid strep test takes 10-15 minutes, yet I was waiting in the lobby for another half hour. Once they finally took me back there were still two patients ahead of me. There was old tissue paper stuck in parts of the exam bed, like they dont clean and sanitize correctly after each patient. Waste of time and money. Dont bother making an appointment. Dont bother trying to walk in. Just stay away from this urgent care and go to the ER or somewhere else instead. They didnt tell me my test results without me out-right asking for them; they tried to tell me all my symptoms were allergies which even after I expressed that I have had allergies for years and never once has it been like this. The provider just brushed me off, not acknowledging my concerns that it isnt allergies and only told me to get zyrtec from over the counter. Absolutely disgraceful. Ive never felt so frustrated and ignored in a supposed medical facility.
UPDATE
I ended up in the ER after waking up with my throat and tongue completely swollen and having a sharp pain throughout both ears now. Went and finally got treated for strep (which I told the nurse I thought I had to begin with) and my symptoms almost immediately improved. I hate this urgent care.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!! I scheduled a DOT Physical for my husband the day before our appointment time. Our appointment time was for 815am and we showed up at 8am, the receptionist stated "Oh, I was just about to call you to cancel since we don't have a provider to do the DOT Physical". How inconvenient is this? We drive 15 minutes away for you all to not even have a provider there. If that was the case why were we not called YESTERDAY to let us know instead of wasting our time. The receptionist had the nerve to walk back and forth from her car 3 TIMES before even calling us before you all opened. Maybe use better time management and actually be considerate of peoples time! Also, knowing the fact that we took the day off to come here to do the physical how inconsiderate and crappy is that! PEOPLE BEWARE AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS OR PATIENTS TIME!

Had appt for 2pm. Arrived at 145 to get physical for son, got out at 2:50. Waited for PA in room for nearly 30 minutes once admitted. We were patient, they were busy. Then when leaving, no one was at front desk to scan my paperwork and check me out. When receptionist showed up after waiting for 3 to 4 minutes she said I need to wait to scan my paperwork because she had other customer in front of me which is fine…but she said I can leave and come back for it. What? How should I respond to that? I’ve already been there an hour. I’m not local and live 40 minutes away. All our medical info and 2 other customers info was on the front desk unattended for anyone to look at. Personal info, medical info unattended. Very unprofessional.

Brought my son in for a physical and was charged 25 dollars which I paid in cash only to get a bill later saying I owe 25 dollars for the visit. First the location said “no there’s no balance” now they’re saying yes we show 25 dollars. No paperwork or anything can be “found” for the day of his appointment. Payment is due at time of service, per their signage, so how would I still owe them money anyway. My advice is to avoid this place all together! If you have to go here DO NOT PAY IN CASH! And make sure you get a receipt!

We've used this location twice for different things for our family. The staff is always very professional and accommodating. This is a well-used location so plan for potential delays. People get bumped ahead if they're bleeding etc. So online appointments are advisable. App and website is easy to use to upload documents and book appointments in advance.

honestly i wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after seeing other peoples reviews i also want to speak out against this clinic unfortunately, i went in with a really bad cold sore on my mouth and the receptionist was very nice and so was the girl who brought me back to talk to me before the doctor prescribed me and checked me out. i really only have complaints for him because he stood in the corner looking at me at talking but he didn’t really seem to care, i thought maybe he would come inspect me or something but he basically told me everything i already knew about cold sores and he also asked me how i let my cold sore get so bad, i am already extremely embarrassed i have a cold sore so it struck me as odd why he would say that to me. obviously i didn’t know it could get this bad overnight i’ve never had a cold sore react in this certain way. anywho the doctor came into the room maybe for 5 minutes tops left to write a prescription and came back for like 3 minutes and that was the whole appointment. i took my prescription as directed and low and behold my cold sore has NOT gone away, it is starting to come back and i do not feel comfortable returning. what kind of place makes people wait long periods of times while they are in pain, it makes me question whether these people actually care about the health of others
