I have been very happy with the mouthpiece appliance that I received for my sleep apnea. It is so much better in the sleep apnea Pap machine and I highly recommend getting a mouthpiece if you’re having trouble with the machine. Pat McBride is the sleep clinician and was extremely helpful and getting my insurance to except to cover this appliance.

Pat is a pioneer in the clinical use of oral devices for managing obstructive sleep apnea and in partnership with Dr. Selleck, provides wonderful services. Dr. Selleck and his staff provided me with outstanding service for the treatment of my sleep apnea issues. I was especially impressed with Pat, their sleep specialist who provided me with valuable information and guidance with my treatment. She explained that sleep apnea is a multi-faceted disease and that curing it does require investigation. She looked at many items including Vitamin D and B levels as well as fitment of an oral device and other treatment items. At the conclusion of my treatment, my sleep apnea is gone and I feel so much better now with improved sleep, much more energy and no longer experience fatigue in the mid-afternoon. This has been a life-changing event for me. I only wish I had done this years earlier.
