I don't know why it works so well, but it does. I had tried patches, gum, lozenges, stop smoking meetings, and cold turkey many, many times and it never seemed to work. One session with Joseph Giove and I went from being a very compulsive smoker to being able to handle quitting quite easily.
And he stands behind his work to help you stay quit. After my last session I had 6 years not smoking. Then the pandemic came and I ended up picking up again. It was a hard year! 🙂
After a year of trying to quit on my own using my old methods, I reached out to Joseph and had another session with him and that was all it took to get me back to being smoke-free.
I have recommended many friends to Joseph and will continue to do so. It's worth the money! And much cheaper than continuing to smoke.

I was looking for Joseph’s contact information to refer him to a friend when I saw this horribly dishonest and inaccurate review of him by Julian Rose. Joseph has helped me in my career, a work-related injury, and other personal health issues for years. He is the most honest, caring, well-informed man I know. I have known Joseph for over 15 years. He is professional, kind and VERY good at what he does. Joseph has helped me overcome anxiety depression and finally, quitting smoking. Sorry for the long review.
As someone who reads reviews to help make my decisions, I'm sorry I didn't write this awhile ago to possibly help others. I saw Giove 2 years ago to quit smoking & I'm excited to say I'm celebrating 2 yrs smoke free as of tomorrow!! The process took approx 2 hrs, with the 1st part going over the reasons why we crave cigerettes and the effects on us. The second part was the hypnosis.The price was extremely fair! It was ballpark $500 and ballpark $800-900 to add "insurance" so if at any time after the appt I started smoking again, no matter how many yrs later, I could return for a free session to stop. As someone who ALWAYS lit up a smoke when I first got in the car, before putting it in gear, I got in my car after that appt & had NO urge. The whole hour drive home, NO urge. Two wks after that appt I went out w/ friends to a bar, and there was NO urge to lit up a smoke while drinking. I had smoked for 26 years, w/ the later yrs smoking up to 2 packs a day. I'm SOO thankful to Giove for his assistance - this was the BEST decision I've ever made.

Getting close to a year since I saw Joseph to quit smoking. Was not sure hypnosis would work for me, but still smoke free and considering having him help with another issue.
