Della Fernandes is a warm and engaging therapist who works with individuals and couples at very office locations throughout the Bay Area. I received positive feedback from the community about how effective she is at helping clients create a balance between their career and personal life. I believe talking about issues of work life balance can bring up issues of vulnerability. For me to feel comfortable talking about these issues with a therapist, they would need to be kind, skilled, and also encouraging. This is how I see Della. I would recommend her without hesitation.
