Daphna is wonderful! She is kind, down to earth, and best of all- effective! I had (good) pelvic floor pt after my first for tailbone pain, but Daphna helped alleviate my pain in a matter of WEEKS vs months. I would say PT with Daphna is great and a necessity to get your postpartum body comfortable and functioning again. I started seeing her almost immediately after birth and she was able to give me incredibly gentle strategies so that I could sit comfortably in life, especially to feed my baby. She is also very understanding of mom life and has great real life strategies to fit in PT routines in every day life when the thought of one more thing is overwhelming. Daphna is also helping me with lifelong issues that I had kind of just accepted but she has made me realize that isn’t necessary- there are ways to have better functioning overall.

Daphna worked with me to help control pelvic floor issues. She was easy to talk to about an embarrassing subject. She gave me tools that included physical exercises and strategies as well as information about dietary changes and helpful products to try. She was encouraging, listened well, so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

I love Daphna! She listened to me and was caring, gentle and thorough. I had multiple pelvic floor dysfunction issues and she explained, educated, treated each one and sent me off with tools to address any future issues. Honestly her technique and approach helped me understand the connection of my whole body and lifestyle to my pelvic floor and overall health.
The office manager, Krysta, was also amazing. Right from my first informational phone call she listened and answered my questions without hesitation. She responded to emails and phone calls in a very timely manner and help me figure out my insurance. They truly know what customer service is.
I cannot recommend Women’s Health And Healing PT enough!
