I had an eye infection developing which I recognized as the same symptoms as something I had a year ago. Did some Google research and found Carbon Health in Palm Desert and booked an appointment online. What a treat to be greeted by the kind, friendly and professional Vivian at the front desk. From there, I was promptly seen by P.A. Vanessa. She was so attentive. She listened, asked excellent questions to then provide a reasonable explanation for eye issue. Vanessa was kind to share some eye care practices to help prevent these recurring issues and prescribed exactly what I needed.
I felt so comfortable and cared for. It’s truly priceless to know you trust the people whom you need to help you care for your health.
I’m so appreciative and highly recommend Carbon Health in Palm Desert. Special kudos to Vanessa and Vivian!!!

I had a 1030 appointment, but they were very busy. I wasn't seen until1130. When I was seen, the care was excellent, the staff was friendly and kind. The facility was immaculately clean. The best part was they accepted my insurance. The first place I went to didn't accept insurance.
I would recommend this place to local also and tourists. I was happy I found them.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. Check in was good. The intake person at reception was very helpful and courteous. Wait time was only about 10 minutes past my appointment time (Saturday morning). I was attended to by Vanessa who was thorough, informative and caring. They sent my prescription order right to the pharmacy of my choice which was ready when I got there. I would definitely come here again if I need a physician’s help.

Great staff ! Very friendly and informative. Cleanest office I been too, and got seen that same day. Went for a physical and the doctor was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. I recommend this office.

Staff were all great!!! But…..please dont cheap out on equipment and ensure your healthcare providers have what is required to do a good and efficient job. The ring cutter was absolutely terrible. Invest in a new one. I had to go to a jeweller to cut the second ring off.

We always have a good experience here (despite being sick). Appointments are easy to make online. The wait time is not too long. The service is excellent from reception to intake to being seen by the physician/PA. Staff is good humored, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. They go out of their way to help with whatever service you need even if they don't offer it in house.

Very nice upscale facility. I was very promptly seen. Only waited 10 minutes.
The receptionist was pleasant as was the doctor and assistant who were both professional. I also felt like the doctor was thoughtful and thorough. A very good experience, especially when you are ill.
