This is THE best dispensary in the area. The staff are amazing. Knowledgeable, fun, friendly. Ask and they will point you in the right direction. A great selection of flower, pre-rolled, edibles, vape, extract, tincture, topical, and gear of all sorts. And really great prices.

This was my first store to try 2 years ago when I was "prescribed " CBD/THC by my Dr. for shoulder pain. It was an ok experience. Being my first store I was not that knowledgeable yet on what exactly was THC or CBD and was looking for help. The store was not that helpful. I went elsewhere looking for knowledge and found that most stores treated older guests (66yrs old) as a type of annoyance or nuisance. After a year of looking I did finally find a store that treated you well and was happy to explain things to you. Fast forward to now. I needed some new drugs and when I went online to Jane to place an order this store came up. Their prices were lower than others and I decided to try again to see if things had changed. Sorry to say they have not. I place my order on line, received a confirmation that it was placed. Received another that it was being filled and another that I could come in to pick up my reservation. When I arrived, I realized i had left my Drivers License in my scanner at home because the store wanted a copy before my order. The women who was manning the entry, kindly looked me up and since I had been there before she allowed me in. Positive start. However the gentleman who assisted me failed. He could not find the order and wanted to sell me products I had no use for. The woman stepped in and produced my order, which was different than what I had ordered due to the fact they did not have what I wanted in stock. After a few minutes discussion I decided to take the capsules instead of the tincture. Then came the price. It was wednesday discount day. My order through Jane was one amount but she was going to charge me $30. more. Something about they don't stack discounts. I was not happy about it and she finally said fine, took my money and pushed the paperwork aside leaving it for the manager to work out. I left and by the time I got back home another e-mail had been sent, stating my reservation was canceled because the products were not in stock. So now I lost out on the cash back that you get when ordering with Jane. I have tried 4 other dispensaries. This seems to be a common thing with many dispensaries. Place a reservation, receive confirmation, only to find out that when you get to the store, the items are not in stock. I'll have to stick with the one that has filled 4 other orders with no issues even though they are not always the lowest price in the desert.

I’m in Northern CA and wanted an EXTRA SPECIAL birthday gift for a dear friend in Cathedral City.
I sent an email to Royal Highness, Keyva responded and donned her robe, took out her scepter and created an unforgettable birthday gift.
I asked that she have a picture taken of the birthday girl receiving her gift, Queen Keyva went over the top; not only did she deliver the gift, she face timed me while my friend was grinning from ear to ear.

Not great. The woman here doesn’t know which day it is to tell you the correct deal. I purchased items in store after asking what deals they had and the lady said “none today” after thinking it was Tuesday.. I then go home and go on their website and they had “weed Wednesday” 30% off of a product I was even asking about to her in store!!!! And she didn’t even tell me.
Plus, don’t worry about the points you accrue for all the $$ you give them, you’re never able to use them
Plenty of other dispensaries to go to. And her “dutchess” brand is mediocre 3/10. Don’t buy it even if she sells you like you’re at a used car lot.. which she does. Very uncomfortable .

I still absolutely love this place. Everyone in this business is welcoming and friendly, their customer service is top notch and the best experience I've had thus far. Their shop is consistent with their restock and are periodically adding new merchandise for different customer base. I have gotten to try a multitude of pens to their house blend stuff (dragonfruit shoutout ).
Still love to frequent this place ❤️ their employees are still absolutely top notch and their house brand is always getting upgraded and the variety 👌🏼 expanded. Currently the blue diamond and strawberry sour diesel pre rolls are mine and hubby's favs.
