I've been a loyal patient of Dr. Dorianna Cosgrove for many years. I travel four hours to see her because I am always thrilled with my results, especially the natural look achieved with the threads on my lips. Dr. Cosgrove's staff is exceptionally pleasant to work with. I've consistently had positive experiences, as they are always friendly and make a concerted effort to accommodate my schedule. DONT GO HERE!!JUST FRAUD AND LIES.
WE ARE TAKING THESE PEOPLE TO THE COURT.
We got one of their flyers in the mail. It was advertised as buy three sessions at $1000 per session and get one free. When we started talking about money, the office manager was lying and trying to put a blame on a desk girl for miss understanding the flyer. We showed her the flyer and it was saying same thing.Desk girl didn’t lie.After that, she said that on the bottom of the flyer, it says the sessions are 1500 each and we show the flyer it doesn’t say anywhere. She continues to blame other girl which is a cheap sales tactic. Basically, we are taking these people to court for the deceptive marketing tactics and doing business in bad faith. MORE THAN SHAMEFUL.

I have been going to Dr. Cosgrove for about 8 years now. I live about 2 hours away. She is fantastic and worth the drive. She is always on time, professional and stays on top of new technology and treatments. Her front office staff is run by Yardena, who is also wonderful. They are great at making last minute changes with my extremely difficult schedule. I appreciate everything Dr. Cosgrove and her staff does for me.

Went in for Botox on my frown lines between my eyebrows and to soften the crow's feet lines. Told her NOT to do my forehead because I don't prefer "Pointy" eyebrows making you look like you're always surprised. Was talked into doing forehead because she could "work around the eyebrow issue". Ended up with majorly pointed eyebrows. So embarrassed I kept my bangs long. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because she allowed for a free 'touch up'. Now I have one drooping eyebrow and one pointy. Will not go back...

Dr. Doriana is amazing when it comes to Botox and filler injections. She takes her time to discuss what your wants/needs are. I had a wonderful experience at her office. Her staff is super sweet; the office is warm, clean, and inviting. Very professional. I was explained the care instructions prior to injections along with the aftercare instructions. The medical esthetician, Courtney Grossman, is fabulous and just the sweetest. She’s super knowledgeable in the skin industry and all about helping your skin to be the very best. Highly recommend this office and their services.
