Dr Baker and the entire office team are great. Christopher Baker has been very thorough with care to all of our family needs as always. He follows up and makes sure patients are informed correctly. Our family recommends Dr Allen and Dr Baker 100% always

I was a patient of Dr.Allens for almost a decade. I reduced my visit to once or twice per year because the last time I saw Dr Allen before she passed me off to her nurse practitioner (who is awesome) she literally yelled at me and threw her hands up and told me that she did not know what to do with me. I went there for care and a solution and got dismissed. The office staff especially the office manager is ever changing and VILE, and DISRESPECTFUL and DISMISSIVE. This practice only cares about money and is fueled by greed. The only reason I continued to stay for as long as I did was because switching Dr’s at the time was a stressful pain, and Christopher Baker her nurse practitioner is the ONLY person in that office that is a real human being that ACTUALLY CARES!! I don’t care if I’m at deaths door and this is the only practice that’s left on earth, I would rather just pass on into the next life than to deal with this practice and the nasty unprofessional staff.

Called to become a new patient after researching Dr Allen. Left a message with their service never heard back called again and the staff seemed confused if I could become a patient. Never asked my type of insurance. Was very difficult. I called blue shield to let them know the staff said she “no longer took PPO’s” so they could take her off the list for other folks looking. Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful.

As a patient of Chris Baker, for sometime he was very nice and attentive from the start. It all change during a visit I was in serious pain, " he stated you know this is going to happen, when are you going to retire?" After his remark to me.
I called my insurance immediately changed doctors. Mr.Baker does not belong in the medical field, I would dislike it if spoke to his mother like that or another patient!
Find a better medical care office with caring Doctors. Although I selected Dr. Allen as my primary care physician, she was never available for an appointment. The office manager Dolores, is terrible and very rude, with follow-up referrals to other facilities are not done properly you have to wait many months or do the calling yourself. Medical Assistant Juliann the only caring, attentive person in that office. I am glad to have gone to a better caring facility.

I've been a patient of this facility for 15+ years and have NEVER had a single problem. Appt's are made to suit my schedule; the longest I've EVER had to wait was 15 minutes (and that is very rare). Chris Baker is my primary care giver and he is efficient & competent, he answers ALL of my questions, and he makes sure I have the proper treatment plan. He calls my home and gives me reports on all my outside procedures (blood tests, x-rays, etc).
I can never say too many good things about this office and the excellent care that we have been give over these years.

I see Christopher Baker, PA in this office. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in both his exams and his explanations. He addresses any concerns I may have and answers my questions in plain language. The nurses are exceptional as are the front desk personnel. Been going there for decades, first seeing Dr. Lin, then Chris. Very satisfied.

Very disappointing. I had been a patient of Dr. Lin who shared the office with Dr. Allen for many years prior to moving full time to JFK. I had contacted Dr. Allen's office several years ago and was told to contact my insurance provider to select Dr. Allen as my primary. I did that and confirmed with Dr. Allen's office a short time time after. The office also confirmed that I was now a patient of Dr. Allen. Having been in good health the past few years I did not have a need to see Dr. Allen. Today, I contacted the office to make an appointment for a routine physical and was advised that I would be classified as a new patient and Dr. Allen wasn't accepting new patients. Is there a connection that I am HMO and not PPO? Yes. Unethical. Very sad and disappointing. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Allen is fantastic! She makes you feel at ease and that she cares. She has been my doctor for almost 5 years and her recommendations have been wonderful! She recently prescribed a particular vitamin for me I wouldn’t have thought of taking and it has made a big difference. Her recommendations have made big improvements with my health care.
