Desert Oasis Behavioral Health has terrible service. Psychiatrist there are invalidating, don’t want to discuss concerns with you, Only want to see you for five minutes when your appointment is for 30 min and are not willing to take about other medication options that you want to try/consider. One of the worst psychiatrist offices I’ve experience in my life.

Only 42 more days, yes. Six weeks to go until I can dump this medical group. Never again will I be referred to "specialists" who would have been out of business long ago were it not for medical groups like this DUMPING hostages, I mean patients, on them. When you get your business this way, service is not a concern. It's awful, each and every time. They make more money by keeping you AWAY from their doctors and they are pretty good at it. The question is : Exactly how bad must a provider perform before the provider is no longer spoon fed patients? Is there a minimum number of fatalities required? Enquiring minds want to know.

I recall when I was licensed to sell insurance in California we used to joke about Kaiser insurance, as it was better than nothing, but just barely. That is exactly how i feel about this medical group. If you have options, exercise them or you will regret your decision. Get a PPO if you can. Doctors being fed patients are not concerned with quality of service.

Well, they have been cancelled. Today I received yet another phone call extending their invitation to visit the "wellness clinic". I don't know what their financial renumeration would be, but it is unfortunate the same energy isn't directed toward the providers we are referred to in lieu of someone who will actually help you. SMH.

Faster than most labs. Lab techs are friendly and they are great at taking blood. Never hurt and i never felt the needle. This is the place to go to for everything.

Had a great physician at DOHC, but unannounced they dropped our insurance, all PPO insurance. I tried to get my prescription refilled and was told the doctor is not refilling because I am no longer a patient! After several calls and trying to figure out why, I was told DOHC is not accepting PPO insurances. I asked to have my one med refilled for another 30 days and the uncaring and rude nurse told me she could only do 15 days. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Medical board of CA.

I’m 45+ minutes waiting in a subzero room to get test results that were done over a month ago. No one called and I still don’t know. The person who checked me in might as well have been a robot, no connection and didn’t even call me by my correct name……Not present and just going thru the motions, ending everything with “perfect “ Each time I come I hope for a better experience, no luck so far. The sad thing is they’re all the same. Guard your health so you can stay away!

Dr. Steven Wright is our son's pediatrician. We've been with this office for 10 years. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else in the valley! Mr. Wright is incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and great with my son! I highly recommend Dr. Steven for anyone looking for a pediatrician!
