I cannot praise this urgent care location enough. Raid went above and beyond to accommodate an appointment for me. Heather was very considerate and kind with an absolutely phenomenal bedside manner! I felt the pure compassion and top tier customer service from this location.

I love that appointment can be made. Once at the appointment, check in was simple and staff was very friendly. Wait time was minimal and facility was clean. My only con is that I had to give my credit card so it could be kept on file.

I was able to set an appointment for my brother, so no waiting. The office personnel is very professional and considering my brother’s history, the PA on staff helped me with his medications. Thank you! I am going to use this facility instead of going to ER or if there is weeks/months to get a Dr appointment.

Went to get my blood pressure checked and the first thing the receptionist said was "I need your ID and insurance info". I asked her if she planned on billing my insurance company and she said yes. Without insurance the charge would be $216.00 . Are you serious? The place was completely empty except for me. $216.00 for a 5 minute blood pressure check? No way. I wouldn't do business with this crappy place if you held a gun to my head. I walked out and went 5 minutes to the fire station and they were happy to check it for free.
None of the pharmacies have machines anymore even though they still advertise that service. Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. They care about how much money they can burn you out of and nothing else. There's a reason why the place was completely empty and all of the legitimate urgent care facilities are packed. Run don't walk to a better place.
