I'm Dr. Juan Carlos Velazquez, the one this person is accusing on her review of causing the death of her love one because she has to find somebody to blame for her own guilt, which is revolting in her head.. Yes, I have the proof that she failed to follow my recommendations which could have lead to a different outcome if she did as I instructed her to do so through my assistant.. By the way I'm letting you know that you are committing Defamation against my person with merely lies as your not telling the truth and the facts. I recommend you remove your review which is far from reality. You are not taking responsibilities for your own actions as you failed to give your love one the chance to obtain proper care as he needed so.. So you need to stop your lies..What did you do when you were given my recommendations, you didn't do anything. For 5 days you let the natural course of this illness and any other potential condition that could have been diagnosed and properly treated if you did what I recommended, but for 5 days you didn't do anything, so maybe you didn't really want to do anything about it.. Don't blame me...I'm a very well respected physician that has been working in this community since 1994. During this very long time I have never had any malpractice or negligence. I don't need to worry about your lies ..I have a good reputation.. Who knows me knows. I have taken care of at least a 100,000 patients and I have only given great medical care for all my patients.. Please come clean with the truth...Truth always find it's way and I have the facts and the Truth...By the way you need to find God in your life. Even when you failed to follow my recommendations, I'm not blaming you for your love one death...It was his time and God's will, but if you had followed my recommendations, maybe he would still be here..God bless you and give you resignation and peace of your mind which is giving you guilt and stop blaming me for something I didn't do...

I want to thank the whole entire team of this magnificent clinic. Especially Nick who help me and my family with my father’s situation. He was very supportive and helpful. They have excellent customer service and make you feel you are taken care of, and listen to. Highly recommended!!

Carol R Saved the day! Thank you for your patience and your amazing customer service and helping me with my refund. Unfortunately I had a couple bad experiences at this lab due to staff just not really knowing what’s going on but it being the managements fault for not making their staff aware or teaching them the proper steps. The staff has always been patient and kind towards me. Managment can use some work though. It’s also incredibly hard almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office and when the receptionist answers the phone she transfers you but nobody ever picks up. Thank you for all your help today Carol!

My family and I have been patient's for many many years. I have always appreciated the attention and detail to my and my families care. Dr. Strong and Dr. Vo have always included my thoughts and concerns into the care plan and have always been readily available in our moments of urgent need. We have been tended to as loved ones and that is very much felt and appreciated.

I would give 5 stars but it took me over an hour to answer the phone, I have been trying to get through to Medical Records put no answer and when they answer I cant understand the guy with the heavy accent. I final pressed 1 knowing Billing would answer the phone, I mean why not they want to get paid. Carol R answers and say "Billing dept how can I help you". I told her I had been trying to get a hold of Medical Records for over an hour. She quickly took all me info and told me she would forward message to the correct dept. I was not to sure she would take care of it , but later on she sent me a text informing me everything had been taken care of. I called my adjuster and they confirm they had received what was needed. Again thank you Carol R for all your help. Update: it has been 2 weeks and i still have to call billing dept to get help. So now I am going to give them 3 stars

Just left Calexico office today 9/17 and wish I had gotten the girls names at the front desk but none of them had name tags on. I’ve been going to Dr. Vo’s office for 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience till today. I was basically denied usage of my primary insurance BCBS (that’s active and been the same since) for my appointment because of some discrepancy of a secondary insurance that I used to have. As I explained to the girl who spoke to me like I was dumb and rolled her eyes at me that I’ve never had issues before with them billing my primary only and me just paying my copay. Feeling embarrassed from her loud tone I asked for the manager who was very helpful and understood. Once again wish I had gotten his name. As someone who works in the medical field and with health insurance on the daily my advise to those girls at the front desk is if you don’t like helping people with kindness you shouldn’t be in the medical field and please don’t lie about billing either. Unfortunately, I can’t see my favorite physician Joanna Falcon in Brawley anymore but will continue teledocs with her because she’s amazing and I won’t ever step foot in Calexico facility again. Do better Calexico front desk.
