Jackson House in El Centro is one of the best places I have been to. The staff was very attentive, kind, caring, and helpful. They were quick to help and problem solve in any and every area. They truly care and care to help meet your needs. In addition, the food was fantastic, the facility is very clean. From the nurses, to counseling staff, the program manager and director, psychiatrist and dr, to mht’s, they are all a wonderful group of people really focused on improving patients quality of life.

I was very nervous upon my arrival but the staff took great care of me right away, helped to meet my needs and treated me like family.
The other clients were really nice to me and I am going to miss my Jackson House family dearly.
The program is great, the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, the building and rooms are nice, clean and very comfortable. Also the food is very good.

great place! the staff are all extremely helpful & are there to help you with anything that you may need and whatever you may be going through. i appreciated the time i spent there, i was able to get into college and find permanent housing while in Jackson House! definitely recommend this place for anyone struggling with mental health that needs the extra help.

Thank you, Jackson house with out your help I don't know what would I have become I came into this fabulous place with mental health problems, with the help of Your staff you made me feel my self again you teach me how to love my self again,how to face my real life problems. I recommend this facility to anyone out there that really wants to make a change in their life the staff helps you with anything you ask they give you advice and guidance and let's not live Paul behind he cooks like no one else.

When I first got to the Jackson House and being their very first client they helped me a lot, doing many things that I didn't think I was capable of doing. I Wasn't a very successful person but the Jackson House has helped me get back on track and live a successful life style. They had helped get me a job working for Mastercorp Hospitality Services. Working at a resort was fun I had got laid off due to the global pandemic back in April.

They have helped me grieve the passing of my mom that happened this year in March. These people really have helped me. Such as the nurses, staff, councilors, and the director, they all are very knowledgeable and understanding of your mental and physical health. they teach you way to cope with your problems in a healthy and positive way.

They have recently helped me get into a rehab in San Diego for my drug addiction. If I had to recommend this place to anyone I would.
