Mom has been in ER since Saturday, waiting to be placed in a hospital room because she will need to be admitted! Today is Monday 4/7, I have been told some patients have had to wait up to 5 days! That is just unacceptable. The response I’m given is they’re waiting for the Charge Nurse to place the patient.

Horrible. I waited for over 3 hours, in a filthy waiting room, feeling like I was dying. Just so they could tell me I have covid, to go home and stay away from people.
But then they're having me sit in the waiting room with everyone else for another hour to get my discharge papers,which i never did. I asked one of the RN's about it and all she said "you're not the only one with covid just go sit over there."

I checked in at 12:42 pm, it was 4:10 when I just walked out

There was a little girl who was bleeding infront of me for a long time!

Don't come here if you want to get better. You'll probably just catch whatever the person next to you has.

Absolutely awful. My dad has terminal cancer and has crippling pain from a biopsy. The ER had him wait 7 hours and recommended TYLENOL because their radiology specialists “don’t work weekends”. Are you kidding me? We had to drive to San Diego (2hours) to the ER to get him treated for the pain. Absolutely insane to me that the El Centro ER is so careless about their patients. The San Diego ER was in shock about this type of neglect.

Worst ER experience they will have you sit outside in the tent for hrs without anyone checking on you at ALL.untill you complain. AC is full blast. Not always a good thing when you've been sitting for hrs. Everyone looks lost. The Dr that one of the medical assistant dragged in was in a hurry because she was almost off.

fast in and out very organized! They have a new system in place where they triage you and if it's not life-threatening they send you to something called fast track. I think the days of just sitting here for hours and hours are gone can't say enough about the staff great doctor I really appreciate the level of care. I recommend and I will be back hopefully not too soon . Lol

The ER staff were very professional and friendly! I’ve had way worse experiences at ERs. 10/10 would recommend having an emergency here

Absolutely and without a doubt the worst.
THE WORST ER in the IV but unfortunately this is the only option. Mexicali has better attention than this one.
