I wish there wore -5000 stars that I can give you. This is the worse place to chose as clinic for your kid. They are completely unprofessional. But they are a great shopkeepers. They only want to make money out of insurance this place really need a better management. Is there any health inspector to inspect there work ?

Today 01/16/2025. 2:00 pm had appointment Lindsey Ward was so kind but there was another nurse (BRIKHNA) she is very a rude person person I hope you educate her how to treat the patients.

Worst place I have been to so far. Appointment times are not the same. They either change it or cancel it without letting you know so when you go in, it’s more of a walk-in and they will try to get you in the “next available appointment”. This happened to me at least 3 times now. One of the being I had an appointment at 10 30Am but the day before just to make sure my appointment time I gave them a call and I was told it’s at 11 30 Am, which was changed without my knowledge, so when I went there I was told they will be closing soon so they do not have time to see me and they rescheduled me the next day with a different provider than my primary provider. Another one being that I was told by my provider to come in at 8AM for blood work, but when I got there apparently I had no appointment so they got me in at 9:40AM. I had to stay in the waiting room for an hour and 40 mins because of their stupid mistake. Really long waits, overall this place is just complete garbage in terms of management.

Really good experience for me. The staff were professional, and I was checked in on time. I met my doctor and was very pleased with the visit. I had been nervous, but she was able to ease my discomfort quickly. So nice and friendly, with a great sense of humor! I felt very listened to, which I hadn't felt in a long time during a doctor's visit. I also returned for labs; it was quick, clean, and professional. Everybody is competent, which is another important factor when assessing a medical office. When I call them, they answer the phone. MyChart is so convenient and awesome. I feel so much better knowing I have a reliable doctor here to help me with any health issues when I need them. I am happy I switched to this provider!

I’m just so wowed at the top notch service offered here. They make you a top priority!
I came in and within 15 minutes I was registered and in front of a medical examiner that made sure my every health concerns were addressed and they went far and beyond to ensure a speedy referral for me. I would recommend this facility for everyone that needs expert medical care and direct access with timely response from your PCP.

Relatively new to this dental office, I am extremely pleased with the customer service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff. So far, I have had X-rays, cleaning, and several fillings. Thanks to Dr. Ramos-Mercado and her team, this 5 star rating is well-deserved!

I had an appointment today, November 14th to be seen at 3:40pm I arrived and checked in for my appointment, and I waited in a exam room for an hour and was never seen by anybody.
