Just left the clinic with a b12 shot and lipo shot. I called for the appointment today, did the paperwork and the representative that assisted me and gave me the shots was informative and professional. I look forward to feeling better and attending the west Sacramento location. Thank you for a positive experience

This is the worst! The total experience makes one feel like your being scammed from start to finish. I get the feeling that the practitioner has absolutely no real schooling and she (Irene) has no couth! I was told that she would be in touch with me to ensure all was well with me with the medication (no adverse affects etc) Not one phone call did I get. And when I asked about why and what my real expectations should be she was blatantly rude!! I suggest that no one goes there.

I initially called the Natomas clinic, and was informed that they were booked out 4 weeks for new patient appointments (which is totally asinine) so I then called the West Sacramento location and left a voicemail stating that I was interested in scheduling a new patient appointment and specifically asked to only return my call if they had appointments earlier than 4 weeks later. I received a return voicemail from a woman named Katelyn. I called back and spoke to Katelyn and was placed on a 5 minute hold. Once Katelyn took me off hold, she proceeded to state that the West Sacramento clinic was also booked out 4 weeks. I asked her why she returned my call when I specifically asked not to unless they had appointments earlier than that 4 weeks. I proceeded to state that I felt that my time had been wasted and Katelyn responded rudely “well our time has been wasted too.” Then she proceeded to hang up. Katelyn was incredibly unprofessional and a despicable representation of a business and a clinic that manages people’s health. She deserves to be fired. I take grave issue with the fact that this business is tolerating this type of behavior especially in the healthcare industry. It’s clear this facility is only about profit and not about prioritizing the well-being of their patients.

Called several times and was put on hold for long periods of time then disconnected. When I finally spoke to someone was told there was a 4-week wait. On the day of my appointment I called to confirm and was told I did not have one. Customer service was always rude, condescending, and seemed like the calls and inquiries were a bother to them. Kind of a waste of time. If they cannot handle the volume, it may be better to just tell customers they’re at capacity and can’t accept new clients at this time.

In my case Spring Medical Center was a wonderful experience with TRUE Results. The staff is friendly but I love the medical staff, in particular, Irina!! She was patient with me and was very positive especially when I platued for a while. I lost 20 lbs and have kept it off with a helthy diet and excersice. I'm 10lbs away from my goal weight and when she called to check on me...yes she does that...I told her I was trying the last 10 lbs on my own she was really positive and encouraging. Oh, I initially went to them because they are open on Saturdays and after your initiall scheduled consult you can just walk in for a quick check up and refill. I will post before and after pictures soon.

I've been off and on for over 5 years. Each time is an awesome experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They listen to you and he'll you tailor a plan to suit your needs. I definitely recommend them.
