I have been waiting for over 4 months for a shower chair and when the order came in nobody called me to set up an appointment. I ended up calling them to get an update. My chair was supposed to be delivered on Monday and I waited and nobody showed up so I ended up having to go pick it up from the office. Hopefully, I will never have to deal with them ever again

I am writing to commend Cindy Y. at Broadway Medical Supply in Sacramento for the extraordinary level of care and dedication she provided while helping me secure my BiPAP machine.

She went way above and beyond to help me get my BiPAP machine, even though my healthcare provider made the process incredibly difficult with endless delays and paperwork issues. It took months to sort everything out, but Cindy worked with me, even made calls to the healthcare provider to prompt them to send the required documents, etc. Cindy always kept me informed and worked hard to make sure everything got done.

It wasn't easy, dealing with all the incompetence others brought into the mix. I can’t thank Cindy Y. in the Sacramento office of Broadway Medical Supply enough for all the help and support she gave me during such a stressful time!

Horrible customer service. I just needed a new nose tube for my Inogen oxygen machine that I have and have had since the diagnosis of my Heart Failure. The individual at the counter didn't listen to me or really hear what I said
I was apparently disturbing her at her desk, She went to speak to someone in the back and when she returned I was told I need a prescription. I asked "for new tubes?" She said,"Yes". I explained I already have a prescription for my oxygen machine and it was in the car. I didn't bring it inside because I just want to buy the tube. So, needless to say, I won't be doing business here and I recommend others don't either. I'm just trying to live another day and give them my business.

I called them about a power wheelchair and they didn't have any in stock then she put me on hold for quite a while then came back and said we don't want to do that and hung up on me with no explanation! I used to work for them and back then we filled all orders and treated people like we really cared! They sure have changed and not for the better!!! Stay away if you don't want a company that treats a person like that!!!

Was called to pick up my wrist brace today. While on the phone I asked if I could give any info before to make the Interaction smoother when I got there. I was told no just come pick up. I drove 13 miles to get there to be told they have this latex wrist brace for me. I'm ALLERGIC to latex. Then I'm told that's all they carry and they have to order one in and and can't give me a lead time. Then to be treated so rude by them don't waste your time or money there. I can get the exact same one faster and cheaper on amazon. And I don't have to put up with the horrific customer service

The customer service rep seems like they don't care about their job. They have no enthusiasm in their voice whatsoever. They scheduled an appointment for me to receive my walker, and after it was not delivered at the time window that they provided, I called them and they said that they were currently out of stock on walkers and someone was supposed to call me to reschedule. But I had to end up calling them because nobody ever called me. Horrible service. Completely dissatisfied already and I haven't even received my Walker yet.

This place of Business, is a total ripoff. I was provided, a discontinued walker without my knowledge. These people charged my Insurance for an item that they have, after they lied and said they were going to dispose it. Customer service is very rude! They also refused to provide me with an invoice.
They’re big time liars as well. I will never do business with this Company again. I suggest that you don’t either.
