I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent, prompt, and professional care I received. A special thank you to Dr. Jasmine Ghalchi for her attentive and compassionate approach during my visit. Her thorough checkup and swift action in providing appropriate recommendations and referrals made a real difference. Thanks to her, I was finally able to complete important medical tests that had been overlooked by other doctors at various Elica Health branches over the past three years. Her dedication and professionalism truly stand out. I'm very grateful for the quality of care I received.

HORRIBLE. Every single thing about this “medical organization “ aka Doc in the Box is absolutely HORRIBLE.

The turnover is so high you NEVER GET THE SAME DOCTOR/ASSISTANT/NURSE PRACTITIONER OR ANYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED

Unfortunately my insurance coverage (UHC) is horrible too - this is pretty much my ONLY OPTION despite paying $890 a month for care.

I HATE THIS CLINIC. It is filthy dirty, the staff are incredibly underpaid, underqualified and have absolutely ZERO compassion or care what happens to you or whether you have your meds.

They have this habit of calling you for telehealth appointments four or five times, however, when you pick up the phone, the person on the other hand can never hear you and they hang up. This is not an isolated Incident - I have been forced to use this ridiculously awful clinic for five years and this has been going on ever since. I dread having to get any healthcare at all because I have to hold for over an hour to even reach someone, and then rarely if ever am I able to even set an appointment on the first phone call. The clinic tells you they’ll call you back but they don’t.

Unfortunately, low income and people with bad insurance don’t have any options, this Health Center knows it and doesn’t care AT ALL.

I had an appointment today at Elica Health Centers - Midtown that I waited a whole month for — and it was canceled for no reason. No explanation, no warning. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Patients shouldn’t have to wait so long only to be turned away without any proper communication. I expected better care and respect for my time.

I arrived at the hospital at the appointed time, the hospital was empty, not a single person in line. My time was 17:05, I waited 45 minutes before the nurse called me. They measured my weight, took me into the office and asked if I could wait another hour for the doctor. Guys, I picked up two children from kindergarten and school, flew from the other end of the city to the hospital because I feel bad and need treatment. The children are hungry because after school I need to see a doctor. And they made us wait 45 minutes, and then they also said that the doctor was not there and we had to wait an hour. It's beyond comprehension. It was one of the most successful appointments in my life. In the end, everyone was tired and hungry, and my health was not helped. I give the lowest rating. Because the service was never provided. (However, the nurse and the girl at the reception were very kind)

There's no parking. You have to walk 2 floors to find a provider. We waited more than an hour for the doctor. +this place is very dirty. I do not recommend this office and i had to admonish the madsister several times about how to treat the baby properly. even 1 star is a lot

While Dr. Yeboah appeared to listen on the first appointment very well, but my referrals were all talk and seemed to have no memory later that he had said he would start my referrals or why I even needed them. This took about 4-5 more visits to get referrals requested from day 1. Each visit was 15 min and very hard to get an appointment and only 2 conditions can be discussed. He did 2 sets of lab work and emailed me about abnormal results to go over “at next appointment” but he never went over the results. He wrote down the wrong notes for my scalp condition so clearly was not listening or reading my medical records from other providers. I would report my of say having Covid to Hills Physicians nurses and can see it in the notes, be he never read their notes and the entire staff acted surprised to know I walked into my appointment with Covid. All in all 1-2 star clinic and for the $$$ from Medicare dollars, this should be stellar. The rooms are very cramped. It took 5 months for a first appointment and another 5 to get referrals with 5 appointments required to handle anything. By the time I got my referrals, I was ready to drop UHC and start over. Also, their chiropractor is a McDonald’s burger flipper (no offense to burger flippers). He doesn’t ask or care how you are doing or check your spine. He gives you 2 clicks randomly and walks out the the room and calls that a “back adjustment”. Rooms seemed dirty, had ants crawling on an old pizza container. Their electronic system is so cumbersome as if it was designed by a Rottweiler.

Worst place ever came a few minutes late and they canceled my appointment. They are not experienced or anything. Even if you come 3 minutes late they will cancel your appointment. There was a lot of traffic on the way that is why I was late. I do not recommend this place. Please do not waste your time here.

I took my 95year old Aunt to the Dr for a UTI completed urinalysis on the 12th of Feb. Still have not been given results or a script. This is ridiculous. She will lose her mind any second, needs antibiotics NOW.
