Do it!!! It’s worth it. All around health ! I must say I do not crave a lot of processed food or junk overall! I’ve made much better choices and I’m happy and results are instant ! I am on my journey to become vegan it’s a must! She educates you and ask any question she has the answer. Bye bye parasites ! I will be going again this Saturday !
