There is no administration to complain to. First-off, I received a last-minute rescheduling to forty-five minutes later. From then, I was kept waiting an hour past the appointment time, before being placed in an exam room for another hour. When I finally left the exam room to ask where the doctor was, I was told to wait while they found her. After several more minutes, Dr. Angela came in and was a clumsy mess - She didn't recognize any of the over-the-counter medications I mentioned - Either their formula or brand-names. This was after answering the same round of questions with two different nurses that had no such trouble. Then, she couldn't spell them. When I asked if my rash was fungal, she contradicted me with the claim that a fungal rash would exhibit the symptoms THAT WE HAD JUST FINISHED REVIEWING ON MY OWN BODY. She refused to prescribe me anything - Insisting that I simply return in five weeks. No tests were done; no biopsy performed, no blood drawn. I don't see myself going anywhere near that clinic again. The complaints I made while I was there were not documented in any way; with no administrative system in-place; that I could see. It was like I was trying to find someone in a bar. From the staff too busy complaining about how slow things were to address the patients waiting right in front of them, to the staff too busy talking about their favorite television shows to address the patients waiting in the exam rooms, to the doctors that have disappeared and can't be bothered to address the patients that they know are present in their clinic, this was easily the worst MEDICAL-accepting clinic I've ever driven forty-five minutes to. That this clinic is allowed to exist in this shape is due to a broken system - Not merely a broken cog within it.

I won't be coming here again. They do an awful job of fully assessing a patient. My little brother was seen by a NP and two doctors and all three completely missed the ear infection my little brother had. We also had to push for labwork to be done. It's been about a week and we still haven't been notified about the labwork results. I would recommend you go elsewhere. The wait here is always about 30 mins long. To me, the doctors see patients as numbers and are trying to get you in and out as quick as possible. I feel there are better clinics within the Dinuba area that people can go to.

the WORST place I have ever visited in my life. Their staff is completely incompetent and their clients are uncontrollable and obnoxious. They do not handle situations well and are racist against white people. They are all a bunch of stupid losers who know nothing about how to treat clients. They need to be shut down or reevaluated due to their lack of intelligence.

This clinic is so horrible don't recommend it at all !!. The obgyn is un professional and over heard her speaking about my private information to another doctor. And wouldn't give me copies of my own documents .

This clinic has always helped me with any medical attention that I needed from simple checkups to referrals to other medical professionals that would be able to provide the care I needed. This is definitely a first choice clinic for me.

This place does take long so expect to wait even with an appointment but nevertheless they get the job done and you leave a happy camper.
