I have been calling for 2 weeks to get a appt for my daughter. Either no one answers phone or put you on hold and never answer back. What kind of medical plaza does that .I have been going here for over 14 years with my kids never had so much trouble as now. Maybe it's time to find a new provider.

The Doctors and asistants are Ok but the front ladies service is terrible. When You call no one answer and when they do, you start explaining what you need and they hang off on You. Then you call again and they ask you everything again and then they do it again. Very rude ladies ( some of them not all but no one helps )

Wait time is ridiculous. And if you do go i recommend you ask the nurse practitioners to read back to you what they wrote down. Apparently they write little to nothing you say down.

Zero star experience, go elsewhere unless you dont mind waiting for hours. I dont know if the systems are flawed, or there's just no sense of urgency. Get a baby sitter if you have kids

If you are bleeding, leave the emergency waiting area and go down the road... They see about 1 patient every 30 mins.
