All staff nice and friendly. Check in was quick, was called back at my exact appt time. Provider was in room immediately. There was no clock watching. There were no interruptions. Provider sat down and we had a conversation. He listened. Then he gave the exam and we made a plan. Entire process was an excellent experience.

Yuma Regional always does an amazing job. Dr. Rouff is top notch and takes the time to listen and not push pills. Dr. Reusser is amazing really listens and always helpful and returns messages right away. All of YRMC staff is always pleasant and helpful. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend YRMC for all you’re healthcare needs.

The staff was very kind. I arrived a little over 10 minutes early and was provided the paper paperwork to fill out for a new patient and before I could sit down with it, I was called back and the exam was very thorough.

Dr Rayman made some comments she should not have, to my daughter about her weight. She probably thought my 7 year old wouldn’t pick up on them, but she did. Now she’s self conscious about her appearance
