I stayed 2 nights in the ER observation area and the staff was great. However, the share bathrooms that the whole unit uses are disgusting. I realize we are all sick there and that’s exactly why we should NOT be sharing 2 bathrooms. From blood to who knows what sprayed all over the bathrooms toilet seats and floors. I had to ask for them to be cleaned 3 different times they were filthy.

My experience was flawless! I've been going to this hospital for many, many years and not once time have I had a bad experience. As soon as I got there I was called to the back and all of the employees were very professional and very caring. There's one very attentive lady that took care of me while I was in a ER room. Her name is Rebecca. I can't say enough about her! She was amazing in every way. Extremely professional and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The doctor that I had was awesome! I didn't catch her name. Very professional and very sweet. Thank you to all of the doctors and nurses, lab technicians and last but definitely not least, the x-ray techs! Everyone was phenomenal.

After my overnight stay, I reflect on my visit and I was very pleased with it. The staff are polite and really want to help you. Always checking on you and asking if anything is needed, answering any question you may have if they can and apologizing if they can't. This was not my first stay there so I can honestly say that the hospital on the whole is a very nice place. I hope that you have had a pleasant or in the future will have a pleasant visit as well.

My visit to the ER was surprisingly pretty fast. To be checked in and see the intake nurse was about a 5 minute wait. Then my wait was about 20 mins before I was taking to a room. The staff was polite and efficient. I was treated with respect. The hospital was clean and well staffed.

Took my teenager son for a check up. He wasn’t feeling good the moment I got there. Everyone was really nice. They went above and beyond to take care of our needs. I especially want to thank Rebecca our nurse she was great and made us feel comfortable.I recommend this hospital the staff is all amazing. Thank you for everything .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Other than the long wait time & when a person is not feeling well it seems like an eternity, the service was good. I understand Dr's need time to review the test results & care for one patient at a time. One must have patience & be polite. Thank God for the Dr's & nurses ♡

The wait time was amazingly short and all the nurses were nice. I even loved the physician assistant. What made me knock off points is they accused me of having bed bugs. I ran home in a panic and started searching, I found nothing. That's when I noticed my dog scratching. I searched her and found a few fleas. Needless to say she got a bath and I treated the house. Maybe before the nurses open their mouths and make people feel bad, they should do some research. I am grateful I was able to knock the fleas down before a full infestation could take place.

I had a good experience here at this hospital, the wait was forever but the nurses were super nice once I was in the back in a bed. They were attentive to my needs and to what was going on with me. Overall it was good but the wait, was horrible.If you plan to go here make sure you are aware that the wait is long. And be patient ?
