I've been taking my kids to this pediatricians office for the last 14 years. They've been great about handling my concerns and referring me out when necessary. The only reason I've given 4 stars and not 5 is that the wait time can occasionally be long, and I wish they would be better about communicating if the doctor is running behind. This didn't use to be an issue in the past, but I understand they've gone through some staffing changes when it comes to doctors available.

I love the care they provide I have been coming here for 4 years. I never have felt rushed out. They have improved being seen close to the appointment time. I really like that they help me understand my child’s symptoms and behaviors so in the future I can address them and help my child.

I’ve been at SP for about 9 years and I can’t say enough about how great this team is. They’re so helpful and the doctors are informative and personable. If you submit paperwork, they’ll have it back within a few days. Check in is super easy and the offices themselves are always clean and welcoming. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Like another review mentioned, the doctors are great, but it’s been more than twice that there’s been a miscommunication with the front desk staff. It seems every time there’s always an issue that could’ve been easily avoided. They’ll reschedule your kids’ appointments without letting you know (no call or anything when they do, I literally find out because their automated calls say a completely different date/time).

Their communication is DEFINITELY not up to par with what it should be, especially if you’re working around the health of children, which is sad because the doctors’ group themselves are no problem. Currently looking for a different pediatrician’s office for my 1 year old daughter.

Took the doctor 2 hours an a half to see my son and just to tell us he doesnt have anything! When he clearly keeps complaining about his stomach hurting and trowing up early in the morning twice and a fever!! Dr Trieu is who saw my Son never heard of her and she didnt even came back to give us the results like Dr Mercado does! What a disappointment! I called back to the office just to speak to the lady telling me she couldnt do anything that I would have to call back until tomorrow!! Seriously moving clinics, helpless!

Honestly, the doctors here are great, but the office staff are horrendous. We have been taking our foster kids here for 4 years, and there always seems to be an issue.

This time it was that the kids had been changed to a different office. Which was not the office's fault, but when we found this out we had them changed back. Medical called to confirm and the office staff said yes to one child, but denied the other because she "did not recognize the foster parents"

Despite the fact that this was the last piece of paper we needed to complete before my foster kids are cleared for addoption. The office staff was unwilling to admit their mistake until after 30 minutes of complaining.

Another time I took my foster daughter for a TB test on December 31st and filled out paperwork for a new patient (even though she was not). We came back 2 days later to have it read, and the office stated because it was a new year I would need to fill out the paperwork again.

This is the only doctors office I have been to where I have had so many problems

Love the Dr's in the clinic so caring. But Dr.Mercado and Dr.Tru are always my first choice
