I have been using Empower Wellness for their weight loss program. My start weight was 263lbs, my current weight is 212lbs. The support of the staff; especially Brooklyn and Brenda really helped. My wife and I both started this together and have had incredible results.
My results have come from the weight loss program, meal prepping, and exercise 5x a week. The support I found is the accountability, proper nutrition and little tricks the staff shared with us, and the added preparation for eventually getting off the shot once our goals were met.
Positive results from the weight loss; no more knee pain, loose fitting clothes and buying new clothes, looking better, having more energy.
I'm writing this review in hopes you find the results I have found with Empower Wellness. Most of all I am forever grateful to all of the staff at Empower Wellness.

Excellent, professional, supportive, educational staff and providers. They have helped me turn my life around! I feel like I have my life back. The providers are honest and caring! They don’t sugar coat the facts but educate you on impact to health if unhealthy habits are left unchanged. Working with Kellie Brooksher, NP to address my hormone issues has been a great experience. ER receptive breast cancer in the past prevented me from traditional relief from post-menopausal symptoms. Kellie was one of the best health care providers I have ever worked with. I can't believe the experience I had! The progress I made exceeded my expectations. I went in wanting answers and a plan. All I heard from previous doctors was just to eat better or that's normal at your age. I've struggled with PCOS, fibroids and endometriosis for 22 years.
