I'm rating this office three stars due to excessively long wait times - always 45 minutes to an hour. This exceeds the typical 15-minute wait I've experienced elsewhere. Nevertheless, Dr. Kathryn Suess is outstanding; she listens attentively and provides helpful and kind care.

The diabetic and cardiac specialist never followed up with me, I tried to rebook appointments no availability for 2months. That’s when I was sent a bill for $2k regarding treatments provided for me. Mind you the 1st follow up I had, I was told my doses would be upped and I would see better results. Nothing happened, no one ever upped my dosage for my required medication with the pharmacy. I just saw they cancelled my medication, no notice or anything. Definitely disappointed. Save your money and find a specialist who actually cares.

I don’t have any complain with the doctors or nurses in this location. The problem is the person on the front. She had a really really bad attitude. I work with public for the last 40 years , young Latina she act like a she on the place poor ,poor costumer service, I don’t understand how is posible some one hire this people w/attitude probably after eight years using this location with Dr. Kennedy I’m going to change doctors.

Ya staff is not friendly at all. Billing dept needs to step it up!!! I have one insurance and not one other doctor office has bothered me about this!! I cannot use an out of state insurance policy in this state especially when it’s canceled!!! Don’t go there

Dr Kennedy is amazing . I'm going to see another Dr same clinic tomorrow they gave me next day apps when I called at 420 I've seen specialist recommended by my Dr and felt supported by Dr Kennedy n staff 100% always nice on the phone and helpful n respectful in your face & behind doors or reports.

Today was the final straw this practice is a joke anymore infact I am beginning to think they care more about getting and giving weight loss injections then patients. They are not loyal to you as a patient, if you are going thru a disability Change doctors immediately because they WILL not help you even if you have been going there for years!! Instead they want you to go see a doctor that doesn't know you which cost between 500 to 1000 because Hiler had a bad experience and had to go to court more on Hiler he saw me for 2 seconds once and said I had back fat well that back fat turned into a hernia removal and a neck surgery not to mention I feel Hiler allowed the pulmonologist to diagnose my Dad with Pneumonia for a whole year, turns out it was a Fungus that ultimately was part of his Demise!! Not loyal practice if you have many ailments go somewhere else 2024! Oh and Ladies if any woman that has first female relatives that test Positive for BRACHA then you need testing ya I will be receiving mine like 4 years after the fact and by a different doc- delay delay delay treatment.

I've called 5 times, and I can't get a hold of anyone in the office. My last attempt, someone answered but then hung up. I haven't even gone to my first initial appointment, but I don't think this would be a reliable place to go to from my experience so far.
