June is phenomenal! I was in horrible pain and had already been to 2 doctors. My primary care was thinking about having me do physical therapy. It was so bad every time I did anything for more than 5- 10 minutes with my left arm I'd get this sharp stabbing pain in between my shoulder blade and spine. The pain was so intense I'd have to stop whatever I was doing and go lie down for a while until the pain would subside. I informed my primary care I had an appointment for a massage to see if it would help at all and my primary care urged me to go and keep the appointment. I am SO glad I made the appointment with June. After one one hour session I no longer have that sharp stabbing pain anymore. I'm able to do my regular every day activities again. There is still some pain, but nothing like it was, VERY minimal, and June was very up front that I was in such bad shape she didn't know exactly how much she could work out in just one hour, but would do her best to provide me with some relief. And boy did she ever! She is able to zero in on the main problem areas and does a great job at relieving tension in any tight muscles. She did such a great job that I have already scheduled another appointment to see if she can work the rest of this last little bit of stuff out. Highly recommend.

First visit to Total Freedom Wellness with June, I received very professional care, with June getting directly to my areas of pain. It has, now, been 24 hours and I am almost pain free. Prior to my visit, I was limited to certain activities and had to stop, rest, get relieved of pain only to repeat the same process until I either gave up or completed my task. I will be returning.

I really enjoyed the massage and the sauna was great too! I just wish the massage could have lasted all day! June has great hands and a pleasure to be with. She is also a very pretty lady which just enhanced the experience!
