I was sent to this clinic to have x-rays on my finger. I had cut it on a broken glass the night before and I felt as though there was still a piece of glass in my finger. The x-ray showed a 2 cm long piece of glass had remained in my finger. Luckily, last night, my husband and I were able to see the tip of it trying to exit the wound. We pulled it out with tweezers!
Chandelier and the other x-ray tech in the back, were both very kind and pleasant. I cannot say the same for the young lady at the front desk. But overall, it was a good experience.

Even tho I was late to appt that I had reserved, everyone was kind. I was moved to walk-in status which took quite a while. Fair. (Good message for my kid who made us late to appt, lol). Love this doctor (Latrisha, I think?). She’s always spot on. Everyone is also respectful toward my son with Ds. Thank you all!

I had a 4 o clock appointment and showed up 5 minutes early after pre-registering online. I was not seen until almost 5:20. Not sure why they allow appointments if everyone is treated as a walk in. Care and service were great. Facility was clean. But why offer an appointment.

I woke up with severe stomach pain.  I didn’t want to go to the ER; therefore, I went to Urgent Care.  When you’re not feeling well, all you want to do is get in, get seen, get a diagnosis and get helped.  The wait time was not long.  I love the check-in app that tells you how many people are in front of you.  Once in the back, the bedside manners of the medical staff were exceptional.

Appreciate being able to quickly verify the continuance of an earlier diagnosis of an UTI rather than having to wait. The clinic was clean, efficient n team was friendly n kind. Proud this clinic is in my neighborhood.
